I continued to scowl at him. "Fix my breakers." I said lowering my dad's gun.

"You do it." I said testily. I didn't know how to do that and I honestly didn't know where it was.

i walk insdie and into her basement

I followed him tripping once again over my heels in the dark.

i turn on the curcuit "there"

Lesley:

The lights flickered on and I could hear the hum of the appliances starting up in the kitchen. I turned my eyes to the guy, taking his full appearance in now that I could see him.

i look at her "why are you staring at me?"

Lesley:

"I'm not staring." I said automatically continuing to stare.

yes you are.... see something you like or somthing?" i smirk

Lesley:

I crossed my arms. "You can leave now." I said turning away and running up the stairs to the hall way.

The front door slammed and I head one of my best friends call, "Lesley, what's taking you so long?!" Sharice and Becca came to a stop when they saw me “Oh.” Becca giggled and Sharice grinned biting her lip slightly. I glanced to my side in irritation seeing their focus was the guy next to me.

i look at them and raise an eyebrow "yes?"

Lesley:

“Why didn’t you tell us?” Becca whispered leaning forward to me. It took me a second to get what they were thinking but once I did, I smiled smugly. “Oh. Sorry, this is a friend of mine,” I gave them both significant looks. “Uh,” I glanced up at the guy, “Ryan.” I settled with a name.

i nod a bit "Hello..." i say cautiously, i was never trained for this. i laugh a bit in my mind

Lesley:

“Hi.” They said in sync and grinned. “And, um, that’s Sharice, and that’s Becca.” I said. “Are you going to bring him?” “Oh,” I laughed. “No he, actually, was just about to leave. Yeah.”

I watched him leave and realized that the other two girls were watching him too. “You should have invited him!” They hissed once he was out.

I walk away from her house
