Keepers & Throw Aways

Pepper- I slowly told her in between my sobs that Tristen had told Less that I liked him.

Cam
she nodded, smiling a bit. "It's not the end of the world Pepper. Things like this'll blow over." she said rubbing her back comfortingly. eventually. she thought.

Pepper- That hurt me even more. She was taking TRISTEN'S SIDE?! How could she?! I stood and started running again, wiping the tears from my face angrily.

Tristen:
I sighed and looked at Less.. "Yea..well..atleast I think so.." I sighed looking at him. "I umm..well..I.." I sniffed looking at her. I couldn't say it. "I have to go.." I said quickly getting up and walking out.

Cam
"Pepper!" she sighed, and ran after her. "I didnt mean it like that! I'm on you're side i swear!" she said knowing how it sounded, as she chased after Pepper

Less
"uh...ok.." he said. well this was the first...she walked away, leaving him in her room... he stood up and walked out.

Pepper- I COULDN'T BELIEVE HER! I kept crying and running, not caring what she said. I inevitably fell, though, and I just stayed there, crying, ignoring my throbbing leg.

I sighed and walked out back and sank to my knees as I started to cry. "Less...I like you. Alot.." I whisperd and pushed the heels of my hands into my eyes. "Why couldn't I say it to his face.." I hissed.

she caught up with Pepper when she fell. "Pepper, I swear i didnt mean for it to sound like that. I care about you Pepper you're like a sister to me why would I be against you." she said as she took a look at Peppers leg

Less
he was heading out of the house when something made him look back. she was crying... he stuck his head out the door. "Anything you want to talk about or you just want me to leave?" he asked

I sniffed and turned to look up at him. "Less..." I whisperd and took in a breath. "I like you to." I said quietly

Pepper- "Because she..." I couldn't bring myself to say the rest of what I was thinking.

Cam
"What? Because She's ther person I look after? Because I care for her a lot like i do for you? Pepper..." she sighed.

Less
he smiled a bit. "Good. I was wondering if I was going crazy." he said. "I like you to."

Pepper- I shook my head. "That's not it," I said softly.

Cam
"Then what is it?"

Tristen:
I looked up at him with a shy smile. "I'm sorry I couldn't say it earlier...I..I was scared. I don't know why."

Less
he smiled. "It's fine." he said walking out to her. "I Havent been able to say it either...till now. something just kept my mouth shut..maybe it was fear of rejection." he said going out next to her

Tristen:
I sniffed and looked up at him with a wide smile. I reached out and took his hand. "I just feel bad about what I said earlier. I think Pepper heard it.." I said looking down.

Pepper- "I don't want to say it," I whispered, holding back more tears.

Less
"What makes you think that?"

Cam
"ok.." she said

Pepper- "I can't believe she'd say that!" I sobbed, closing my eyes with tears once more.

Cam
she just sat there silently.

"I don't know..and besides..I didn't know if she did. I just...she was the first person to pop into my head."

Pepper- "I'm sorry," I said softly to Cam, still crying.

Cam
she shook her head. "It's ok, you dont have to be sorry." she said.

Less
he nodded.

Pepper- "I still am," I said, wishing my voice would just stop shaking already.

Cam
"Why dont we go somewhere, get off the side walk." she said
