"No problem" she smiled

(LOL, yeah, I've been major studying, and when I stop for a break, I'll get on, and then zone out. Heheh.)

Pepper- I gave a slight smile back, my body language and eyes telling them how sad I was.

i smiled and jogged after him

she wished she could do something to make her happeir but she didnt know what.

Damon:
I smirked and looked back at her. "So, Carter, where you from?"


Tristen:
"Pepper...I'm really sorry. I didn't know if you did like him or not. I just said the first name that popped into my head.

Cam
she stayed out of this, sitting on the couch and zoning out. trying to figure if what she saw was real or just in her mind. had she really just seen Alec?

Pepper- "Yeah? That makes it all better, doesn't it?" I snapped, angry tears forming in my eyes.

Tristen:
"I dont' get why your so mad at me Pepper."

Pepper- "For a lot of things, what you said included," I said in a low, shaking voice.

I sighed and sat next to her. "Pepper. I am really sorry about what I said..I never ment to say it." I said looking at her.

Pepper- "You can't not mean to say something! You thought it, you said it! Your lips formed the words and sound came out! You meant to say it!"

"Pepper please! You can't be mad at me forever!" I cried looking at her. "You know what..do whatever the fuck you want. I'm out of here." I said and stood up walking out

Pepper- I glanced at Cam, and she was giving me a pointed look. I groaned and stood up. I followed Tris, and caught her arm, making sure she stayed. "I'm allowed to be mad right now, Tris. He didn't know that, and now he just...does, okay? That wasn't fair to me for you to say that, so ya, I'm kinda pissed. But I should be the one throwing the temper tantrum, not you. Got it?"

Cam
she smiled watching pepper go after Tristen. she sighed, maybe they'd stop fighting soon....one can only hope

"Just drop it Pepper.." I said pulling my arm from her's. "I've got something I need to do. Tell Cam and Less I'll be back in 10 minutes."

Pepper- "Tristen, you're the one who wanted to talk about it, so talk," I said, grabbing her arm again.

I looked back at Pepper and sighed. "I get it Pepper. Your mad.." I said looking at her. "Theres no reason you need to listen to me when you obviusly got bigger things on your mind."

Pepper- "Yes, obviously!" I said sarcastically. "Look, you don't know the SLIGHTEST thing! Got it? You. Don't. Know. I'm NOT mad! I'm PISSED! Did you ever stop to think about anyone else? Have you ever? Have you ever thought that just because I'm not as smart, or as pretty, or as good as you, that I might have feelings, too! That I'm not just a piece of trash you can throw away whenever you want?! I HATE it! All I ever hear at Training is 'when's Tris gonna come back, she's she's great' and on and on and on! I'm lucky that TWO PEOPLE remember my name! So don't say what I obviously am, or obviously have! I have nothing, and I am nobody!" I don't even know why I was so angry, or so...jealous. Why was I so fucking jealous of her?

And grow a damn backbone." I hissed walking off

Pepper- I followed her, getting in her way. "I am so SICK of you! Why do you preppy girls think you're all that?! I have a backbone, and just because I'm not a bitch about everything and to everybody doesn't mean I don't have one! And whoopedy doopedy doo! You've got family issues! Atleast you even HAVE a family! And you have problems?! Trade places with me for a while and see how long you last! I doubt you'd even last three days!"

"Just shut up Pepper!! Look, I'm not a preppy girl. I may be a bitch. But atleast I'm one that cares, if I slip up and make a mistake. Who cares, we make mistakes Pepper. If you don't like it I don't give a shit. Just because everyone is saying you aren't like somebody else. Thats your chance to prove them wrong. Who ever says your aren't smart or pretty. Is a fucking idiot. Because your are all those things, and more. Believe me, any girl would be lucky to be just like you." I said and backed up

Pepper- "What? Living on a fucking bridge? Have three sets of clothes that you have to go to the crappy Laundry Mat on Fifth Avenue and stay there the whole time so that hobos don't steal your clothes? Having a useless power? Yeah, I'm sure every girl is jealous of that, Tris! And I don't hate you, okay? I'm jealous, yes! But I don't hate you! I hate that you told Less that I liked him! I hate that everyone would break every law imaginable to help you when you get a hang nail! I hate that whenever I need someone to be there, they just stab me in the back! I hate that every time I try to talk to Cam, it's 'forgive Tristen, she didn't mean it' or 'why are you and Tristen fighting? What did you say?'. It's always about you!"

I sighed and looked down at my feet. "Remeber when we used to be friends. I mean real close friends we did everything together, well almost. But now we've gotten to this. Fighting over something thats really stupid. Look, if you need a place to stay. I've got a bunk bed in my room that could need a body to fill it. And I'm sure, we wear the same size clothes. Come move in with me and Cam. Please?" I asked takeing her hand. "And Pepper, I promise I will never stab you in the back, I crawl barefoot over broken glass if you break a nail," I said with a shakey laugh. "I will do anything for you....if we can just be friends again."

Pepper- "I..." I hung my head as tears ran down my cheeks and I covered my face with my hands. I just wanted this to STOP!
