Fighting for my Love: SAVED

I nodded then did a kick flip sideways and swung at him. I hit his sword so hard the shock ran up my arms and into my head. It racked my brain alittle and I looked up at him. "I'm done.." I whisperd.

he bit his lip and noded. he took his sword. "I'm sorry..." he said as he thrust it through the 'safe' zone. at least she'd live....

I bit down on my lip and sunk to the ground with a groan and cry of pain. "The winner. Blake!" the announcer as the audience rose to there feet with applause. I looked up at him taking deep shallow breaths as I slowly pulled the sword from my stomach.

he helped take the sword out. he knelt and kept pressure on the wound. "You'll be ok." he said. "I promise." he said as the medics finally came out

I winced and bit on my lip as the medics put me on a stretcher and carried me out. I went to take Blake's hand and squeezed it lightly before they took me away.

he smiled a bit at her. He'd go sheck on her later. for now, he picked up his sword, and headed out to go change.

Timeskip:
I sniffed slightly as I turned over on the cot the medics had place me on. I wasn't going to die so they bandaged me up good, and gave me some meds before letting me sleep.

he'd cleaned up and such, then headed down the halls to the medic center to check on her.

I sat up a bit and looked up as I saw Blake walk in. "Hey there."

he smiled just a bit. "Hey...how you doing?" he asked

"I'm okay, thanks. Your pretty good with a sword." I said looking at him with a soft smile

he smiled a bit. "Thanks." he said. "You're not bad yourself." he smirked teasingly, she was really good and he'd already told her so.

I smiled and sat up a bit. "So, remember how I said when I got hurt I'd let you take care of it, think that offer still stands?"

he smiled. "I'd be honored." he said. he'd actually been hoping for it..

I smiled and laid back down on the bed and lifted up my shirt. The wound had bled thru the gauze alittle bit already.

he smiled. "I'll re-dress it." he said. he grabbed what he needed and got to work. "So...do you mind my asking, why did you sign up?" he asked. "You don't have to answer." he said

I looked at him and thought for a moment. "Uh, well its an escape from my home life for me."

he nodded. "I got that from earlier." he said. "But you could have just ran away...instead you signed up here.." he said as he cleaned up her wound again.

"Yea I know, I found this place and it kida intriged me." I said shrugging a bit

he nodded. "I guess i can see how it could do that." he said with a small smile as he wrapped her back up. "Well...at least it ment i got to meat you." he said.

I looked at him and smiled. "Your right, I'm glad." I said as I sat up and looked up at him. "Have you ever wanted to just leave?" I asked

"Everytime i fight." he said.

"Why don't you. Would it be so bad if we did leave?" I asked softly

he smiled. "Probably not." he said. "I just...I never really had a reason to leave. and I liked to watch you fight." he said. and turned putting the things he used away

"Oh," I said looking at him blushing. I slid out of the cot and looked at him. "Thanks for patching me up, I think I'm going to rest in my room. Thanks again." I kissd his cheek then turned to leave.
