Perfect Assassins

Krista smiled slowly as she picked up his fallen gun.  "You shouldn't have grabbed me.  Your mistake.  Now you are going to pay for it."  she said with a twisted smile.  Three shots rang out and a red rose but blossomed over her chest.  She fell to her knees choking up the blood that filled her lungs.  A man stepped out of the shadows and crossed the room to her.  "No, I think his mistake was not slitting your throat before you opened your mouth."  he said as her vision went back.  

who are you?" i ask the man,looking around now, surely bane heard those shots

Eric:

"Eric Blakely." I told him as I nudged the blond chick with my foot.  "She's dead."  I looked at his would then his face.  "Have you seen Krissy?  She wasn't answering her phone."  

no.. i havnt." i said, pressing on my stomach wound. "they tend to leave me behind when they go places. i gues im the 7th wheel outof them."i say.

Eric:

"They are always leaving.  It's something you have to get used to."  I sighed.  "Come on, you'll bleed to death if you just sit there."

Eric:

I laughed as I side stepped avoiding the flying blades.  "Brings back childhood memories, that does."  I said fondly.  "My friend would enjoy meeting you, though I doubt she'd like your choice of target."  

isthis the girl my friend, who you killed,was telling me the other kid talked about? i believe ive met krissy onone occasion. but it was yearsago. nothing impressive then." i say absently

Eric:

I scowled at him.  "I find that hard to believe.  She was impressive when she was only eight." I spat defensively.  

my eyes widened just barely in amusment and a grin apeared on my face."oh, someones alittle defensive arnt we?"

Eric:

"Damn right.  I don't like it when people bash my best friend."  I growled.  

i chuckleda little bit. "you and james are alike that way.speaking of whicch, were is the smiling bastard?" i asked

Eric:  

"I think it's time for you to go before you end up like the blond."  I growled and gave the body another nudge with my foot.  

i scowl, "oh right. i forgot, im going to kill you for that." ishot both of his feet and ran at him, shoulder blockinghim hardenough to break a rib

Eric:

I jumped back trying to avoid the bullets but still got one in the ankle.  I grunted when I felt the blow to the ribs but reacted immediately to him being so close.  I swung my elbow into his face then swiped my knife out in an arc at his stomach.  

i jumped back from the blade and chop his wrist making him drop it. i land a kick to his ribs and swung a fist towards his temple

Eric:

I leaned back to avoid the blow and kicked the knife with my injured foot to Will who hopefully was with it enough to at least throw it at the guy.  "You know, you remind me of my brother.  He's mentally ill.  Never could fight well either.  Always hiding behind mom."  I said as my knee connected with his stomach and my fist with his nose.

i caught the knife and tried to gather enough energy to do something with it. I watched as eric knocked Bane to the floor, there was blood flowing out of his nose, and he was laughing, crazily actually. He got up and wiped the blood away like it was nothing and chuckled.
"hand to hand was never my strong point, i can admit that."

Eric:

“It shows.” I said, my hand absently touching my side where my ribs were surely cracked. “Why are you even here? Why don’t we call it a night. I have nothing against you. I only shot the girl because she was going to kill him who I needed to find my friend.” I said calmly but backed up a few steps.

"I have no interest in the one who was almost disembowled, although i told my assassins to watch for him and to kill if needed, im here for James. Where is he." he said as i prepare to throw the knife.

Eric:

I shrugged and covered a wince. “I don’t know a James. Not my problem.” I said.

He looked over at me. "you were here and hid him, where is he."
"im not tellign you where." i say simply

Eric:

“Why don’t you let us go and look for him yourself? I won’t stop you.” I held my hands up to show they were empty.
