A Personal War (closed)

i sighed "same here"

"I can tell." I smiled a bit in the darkness.

"well, what should we do?" i asked

"I don't know." I admitted.

i nodded into the dark "i know how that is"

I chuckled a little and snuggled against him.

i smiled at her touch

"I'm gonna try to sleep again..." I said. "Hopefully I'll wake up tomorrow." I said and smiled a little.

i smiled and nodded "alright, good night"

I hugged him for a quick second and leaned my head against his chest. "Good night Nik." I said softly and closed my eyes

i smiled and looked into the blackness

This time I did manage to fall asleep and stay asleep. I felt safe right besiide him and couldn't ask for anyone else but him to be with.

i eventually found the sands of dreams and slipped away from concious realitiy

I woke up late in the morning it seemed, and rolled on my back looking up at the top of the tent. Just laying there, trying to ignore the slight tingle on my cheek where- HE struck me a few days earlier. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath, trying not to think about that kind of stuff.

i groaned as the light pushed through my eyelids. Why did morning have to come so soon? i pulled the small blanket over my head to try and block it out

I looked over at him, a small chuckle slipping out. "Nik baby." I said and nudged him. "Wake up."

i groaned and swatted my hand lazily at her

I squeaked a little and just sat up, then flopped myself on top of him. "Wake up dammit!" I said and started laughing.

i laughed and rolled over to look at her "why should i?"

"Because I asked nicely." I grinned and laughed again. "Plus you swatted at my hand like a fly so I had to get revenge."

i sighed sarcastically heavy "fine, i get it. you just wanted to see if i had morning wood"

"I did not!" I protested and sat up. "I would never do such a thing." I grinned a little. "Not yet."

i laughed "you perverted little girl, you so were!"

I covered my mouth giggling and laid back down, trying to get a hold of myself.

i smirked and rolled over to look at her
