Beyond the Castle, part one. (Two person.)

Ario:

I watched her nervously. I didn't know what was going on, heck I didn't even what she was thinking right now.

Araline:

I sighed. “Oh Ario.” I groaned.

Ario:

I looked at her and bit my lip. "S-sorry." I stammered feeling bad.

Araline:

"I'm sorry too." I whispered. "I- I-" I sighed and looked down at the soggy ground. For the first time since I met him I actually wished Brian was here to interrupt us.

Ario:

I looked away from her, before struggling to my feet. It hurt and I felt like I was going to pass out, but I would rather be doing anything then just sitting here.

Araline:

I bounced up to my feet and moved quickly to be right in front of him incase her collapsed. I didn't need him passed out again. "What are you doing?" I demanded putting a hand on his chest to keep him from trying to walk.

Ario:

"Trying to get out of here." I admitted through gritted teeth. It hurt to do this, hence why I was clenching my teeth.

Araline:

"Ario, you can't. You'll strain yourself even more." I said quickly urging him to sit back down.

Ario:

I gave in and sat down, my breathing a bit labored.

Araline:

I frowned kneeling next to him and lightly touching his forehead. "How does your head feel?" I asked worriedly.

Ario:

"It hurts, and I still feel dizzy and light headed." I said softly, closing my eyes and slumping a bit.

Araline:

I went back to chewing on my lip anxiously. "We'll see how you feel in an hour or too." I said though I doubted there would be much difference.

Ario:

I nodded and leaned back against the tree. I kept my eyes closed, both so that I could rest, and also I didn't want to see what she was thinking or what emotions she was going through.

Araline:

I stood up. "I'll be back in a minute." I told him quietly touching his shoulder lightly before taking my hand away.

Ario:

I snapped my eyes open and looked at her worriedly. "Are you sure you want to go out there?" I asked her.

Araline:

My eyes glinted defiantly. "Of course. I'll be fine Ario and I wont be gone long." I told him smiling reassuringly.

Ario:

I caught the look in her eye and I gave in. "Alright...just....becareful...for me ok?" I asked her closing my eyes.

Araline:

"Ario, there's no need to worry." I said softly.

Ario:

I shrugged absently keeping my eyes closed, as I waved at her to go.

Araline:

I studied him for a moment then took a few steps away before turning back to him for a moment. "You aren't going to try to get up again while I'm gone are you?" I asked

Ario:

I opened my eyes and smiled at her. "If I did, you would just come back and hit me. I feel bad enough as it is, I don't need bruises from you as well." I said teasing her.

Araline:

I smiled slightly. “I’m not going to hit you. The way I see it you got yourself into this condition because of me.”

Ario:

I smiled weakly. "Well, I said things I shouldn't have and it got you to run away, so its my fault too."

Araline:

“I did not run away! I left you there.” I told him indignantly.

Ario:

I held up my hands weakly and changed the conversation. "Didn't you say you were going somewhere?"
