Michael:

"There names are actually Mama and Papa. I checked their lisenses once." I whispered to her. In the kitchen I grinned at a giant of a man who beamed at us. "Michael, have you come to cause more trouble here?" He boomed out. He was easily seven feet, tall and well muscled.

Krissy:

I smiled at what Michael said then once we were in the kitchen I looked up in amazement at the man I assumed was Papa.

Michael:

"So I assume you kids are hungry. Well at our little place here, you tell us what you want to eat. And we will try to make it for you. The more you tell us, sometimes the better it comes out." Papa said smiling in our direction.

Ebony:

I looked down at our hands and then shrugged. "I'm not sure, just...something."

Krissy:

I bit my lip lightly, I was unusually bashful at the moment and couldn't understand why. I glanced up at Michael again then back at Papa, I hod now idea what I wanted, I wasn't really all that picky.

Kyle:

I smiled but didn't say anything. I pulled up at a red light and leaned over putting my free hand on the side of her face and kissed her.

Ebony:

I blushed and kissed back. My mind instantly felt like it went fuzzy, as if a fog went over my thoughts.

Michael:

"So the usual for you then Michael?" Papa asked me and I nodded with a small grin. I turned to Krissy and said "You can seriously order anything. If I remember correctly there is a prize for anyone who chooses something he can't make."

Krissy:

I had been about to say I'd have what ever he was having when he said that and my mind started racing immediately standing up to the challenge. I thought back to when I was little watching Aalen make his special dish when I had stayed at my uncles for a week. I started explaining it to Papa with as much detail as I could remember.

Kyle:

I smiled and only pulled back because the car behind us honked and seeing the green light turn yellow I stomped on the gas.

Michael:

Papa nodded taking notes on a pad of paper he pulled out of his apron. When he got the order he waved us away. "Now out of the kitchen you two, I need to work my magic" He boomed out winking.

Ebony:

I blinked slowly for a moment, the fog still over my mind. I was smiling happily as I curled up on my seat.

Krissy:

Once we were out of the kitchen I picked a booth by a window and slid into the seat letting go of Michel's hand. My cheeks were still flushed from coming in from the cold and going right into the warm kitchen. I pulled my jacket off and set it at my side.

Kyle:

I glanced at her and squeezed her hand smiling. "We're almost there." I told her.

Ebony:

I smiled and kissed the back of his hand before closing my eyes. I drifted off to sleep with out meaning too, still holding his hand in both of mine.

Michael:

I sat across from Krissy and crossed my arms on the table. "As a note, both of them fight. They aren't assassins, but I think they fought professionally once." I chuckled softly. "They learned that Ebony was a good fighter and so they asked her to spar. She literally threw Papa."

Krissy:

I grinned. "Remind me never to get on Ebony's bad side then." I said while looking around the place and leaning against the wall next to me.

Kyle:

Kyle:

I listened the quiet music absently for a while until I pulled up to the restaurant and killed the car.

Ebony:

The car going quiet stirred me out of my slumber. I yawned and looked around before climbing out of the car. I walked to the front of the car and reaching upwards I stretched.

Michael:

"Its usually this quiet here, I have never seen more than three or four customers." I remarked quietly.

Kyle:

I put the top up on my car then met Ebony at the front. "You look nice in that." I told her putting my arm around her shoulders.

Krissy:
"I like it here, I like places where they are more friendly than business." I said softly looking back at him with a smile on my lips.

Michael:

I smiled gently at her. "After we eat I'll show you my favorite part of the place." I said.

Ebony:

I smiled shyly at him and put both my arms around him for a moment before gesturing for him to lead.

Krissy:

“I'd love to see it.” I murmured watching him. Again I was finding it hard to look into his blue eyes too long, I hadn't ever encountered this problem before. Then again I hadn't every been as infatuated with any one as I was with Michael now.


Kyle:

I smiled at her and pulled her with me to the front of the restaurant. I pointed up to a cliff drop in the distance. “Krissy and I used to go hang out up there a lot when we first moved here, then occasionally we'd come here for dinner.” I told her then opened the door for her. Inside it was dimly lit, the walls were dark stone, and the only visible room was this reception area. “Two then?” I bored looking receptionist asked.

Michael:

I tilted my head slightly looking into her green eyes. It almost was like she was about to say something, at the same time she was ready to jump up and run.

Ebony:

I looked around the restaurant curiously. I couldn't even begin to guess as to what they had here, but I was still glad that Kyle had taken me here. I glanced up at him for a moment suddenly feeling shy.

Krissy:

I dropped my gaze down to the table and traced an imaginary pattern with my little finger. I was glad he wasn't still dwelling on his master being sick but now I could only think of questions surrounding him.

Kyle:

I smoothed my hand over her arm as the hostess lead us down a long hallway/tunnel to a wide open but dark room. The only light came from candle lit lamps on each table and the spotlights shining on the russet swirled rock walls. The hostess seated us next to the wall, up close you could see and hear the water trickling down the wall.

Ebony:

My eyes were looking all over the place, unable to settle on one thing. "This place is beautiful." I remarked softly, more to myself than him. I took my seat my eyes still wandering untill they met his eyes and that is where they decided to stay.

Michael:

I followed her gaze watching her draw on the table, I didn't know what to say or do at this point. I wanted to say something, but I was at a loss.

Krissy:

“Do you like it?” I asked suddenly, “What you do?” my gaze flickered up to his for a moment then back to the table.

Kyle:

I smiled at her. “I like it. If you stand in the center of the room you can hear every word spoken in this room, not that I do that.” I winked at her.

Michael:

I stiffened for a moment then let out a slow breath. "That would depend on the time your asking." I said softly resting my head in my hands and staring down at the table. "When I get a mission, I enter a state where to put it bluntly I just don't feel anything." I took another breath and let it out slowly. "The rest of the time, I...I tend not to care, but I can remember the face of everyone I have ever killed."

Ebony:

I giggled. "So in case someone is standing right there I shouldn't get all gushy and lovey on you?" I asked raising an eyebrow a bit.

Krissy:

I took in every thing he said and processed it for a moment. “That doesn't fully answer my question though.” I said quietly and looked up at him. “Do you like it? Right now thinking about it.”

Kyle:

I chuckled softly and watched her. “There isn't any one standing there at the moment.” I said slowly, a smile still playing around the corner of my lips.

Ebony:

I looked around the place again my eyes looking at everything curiously. This place was one of the coolest places I had ever been. I glanced at kyle for a moment then away. I thought back to one of my earlier thoughts. Was he my boyfriend now? Or was I just getting my hopes up for nothing?

Michael:

I stayed silent for a long while before saying "Right now no. Admittedly its because of you, I actually seem to feel around you." I looked up at her meeting her eyes.

Kyle:

I continued to watch her. “What are you thinking?” I asked curiously.

Krissy:

I smiled and flushed slightly making an effort not to look away. “Hmm, I wonder why that is.” I said quietly and did drop my gaze to the spot on the table I was still tracing.

Ebony:

I blushed slightly and shook my head. "Its nothing." I lied turning to look at him. I let my eyes wander over his face absently as I continued my thinking.

Michael:

I watched her for a long moment when Mama busled in and set out dishes in front of us. The dishes themselves had edges raised an inch, which made me smile. They knew I would be heading upstairs at some point, and the set it up that I could do it sooner rather than later. I glanced at Krissy's dish curiously. It was exactly as she described, and my roast beef sandwhich I didn't even need to look at to know it was perfect.

Kyle:

“You can't think nothing.” I told her wondering what she had been thinking and why she wouldn't tell me. A waitress came up to take our order a few minutes later.

Krissy:

I looked my plate over carefully then grinned. “Thank you, it's perfect.” I said happily as I glanced up at Mama. I took a bite, it actually was better than when Aalen made it.

Michael:

Mama beamed at her and said "I will tell Papa that you said that." She looked at me and asked "So where is little Ebony?" I shrugged and looked at Krissy "I don't really know, someplace with Kyle I'm guessing."

Ebony:

I stuck my tongue out at him and then hesitated. I hadn't even looked at a menu so I had no idea what to have! I looked to Kyle for help, my eyes asking him to choose something for me.
