Perfect Assassins

Krissy:

“It won't work.” I said determined and trying to make my tone seem awake and alert. My breathing and pulse slowed subconsciously and I had to mentally shake myself to keep from relaxing all the way. “No! Why are you doing this to me?” I asked like it was some sort of trap.

Michael:

"Because I plan on pillaging the hotel and the surrounding buildings while you can't stop me." I said teasingly. " because I want you to sleep sweetheart."

Krissy:

“I don't need sleep, I told you, I have slept in thew last thirty hours some, I can make do.” I said winding my other arm around his neck.

"Not sleeping isn't good for you love." I said softly gently caressing her cheek. I rested my forbear against hers as I did so.

Krissy:

“Neither is bleeding half to death frequently, but that never stops me.” I kissed down his jaw line before saying, “I don't want to sleep.”

Michael:

"Well I want you to sleep, so we are at a conflict here." I said smiling at her gently. A yawn escaped out of me before I could stop it.

Krissy:

“How about you sleep for the both of us,” I said softly wiggling out of his lap to sit next to him with my legs tucked under me. I pushed him down gently, “And I will just... not.”

Michael:

When she pushed me down I grabbed her arm and pulled her down with me. "I think not." I said pulling her so her back was against my chest. I trapped her in my arms and laid there. "I really do want you to get some sleep Krissy, you need it."

Krissy:

I struggled a little to get free. “I can't sleep, I don't need it, I don't want it. I am not tired any more anyway!”

Michael:

I yawned and sighed before kissing the back of her neck and letting her go. "Alright, fine I'll let you go."

Krissy:

I rolled off and laid next to him letting my hand rest on his chest. “Are you really just going to lay here? You can go to sleep just like that?” I asked softly.

Michael:

"With you this close, of course. Plus after listening to Jack snore every night for a long time, you learn to sleep anytime you need it." I said back just as softly.

Krissy:

“Hmm.” I shifted around so I was on my back but still looking up at him. “I have trouble sleeping, falling asleep mainly unless I am in the car, being in the car while some one else is driving calms me. Once I m asleep though my dreams are too vivid, not night mares exactly, Lexi has night mares. My dreams aren't much better but they don't scare me usually. I dream about blood a lot though it doesn't bother me.” I said quietly then asked, “Do you dream much? I though at one point that being killers like we are makes it harder to sleep, plagues us with dreams you know, like Lexi and I, but my brother can sleep easily and soundly.”

Michael:

I looked away from her and stared at the ceiling for several moments before lieing. "I don't dream." I said it softly my voice barely above a whisper. Jack, had the same problem, only he actually didn't dream. I did dream....unfortunetly...

Krissy:

I didn't say any thing, maybe that was why he was so much better than than the rest of us. Maybe he was just more removed than the rest of us and that was why he didn't dream. I sighed and hid my face in his side hating thinking about that.

I put my arms around her and held her close. I once again started rubbing her back gently knowing that she had believed me but at the same time hating that I had lied to her.

Krissy:

I put my arms around his neck again and looked up at him trying to erase away the emotions showing in my eyes the way I had seen him do.

Michael:

I wasn't quick enough to drain the emotions away from my face when she looked into it. But I did it quickly.

Krissy:

I studied him, trying to figure out what I had just seen written on his face before it flashed away. “What are you thinking?” I asked looking into his eyes.

((Just Krissy and Michael stuff, I think Will is still with Ebony. Neither you or Lexi have been on so we haven't done much.))

((Ebony is still with Will, and Michael is talking to Krissy. Beyond that nothing.))

Michael:

I smiled slightly. "Of how to convince you to never leave my arms for a start." I said softly.

Krissy:

I smiled. “You don't have to convince me, I love being next to you.” I said quietly resting my head on his shoulder and sighing contently.

Michael:

"I'm glad, because I love having you next to me." I said softly hugging her close and closing my eyes.

Krissy:

I let my eyes flutter closed for a moment taking a deep breath then opened them. “I am still not going to sleep though.” I muttered
