All Hope Is Gone (open)

Ellie:
I followed him and grabbed his wrist.
"I'm sorry," I said.

for what?" i frowned

Ellie:
I kissed his cheek.
"For telling you to leave me at the palace," I said.

its fine, most of us got out" i say trying to keep my tone neutral. "ill be out in a few." i saw going intot he bathroom to take my shower

Ellie:
I stayed outside the door.
"What's wrong?" I asked him.

Well, Turn out we have a year or so less time to prepare for another attack from my dad, and my sister got her throat slit. Which means until he gets over it, Callum will not be able to do anything" i answer her

Ellie:
I didn't respond.

i dont either

Ellie:
"It will all be okay. I promise," I said sadly.

"No. it wont." i shake my head. "BEcause either we all die from satan or our kid kills me afterwards and becomes the new Satan. We lose either way. game over."

Ellie:
"I will kill it if it kills you, no one can stop me. Then kill myself. That's all I can promise," I said sadly and sank down to my knees. I pressed my face to my hands, tears leaking down my face.

it wont hurt you."

Ellie:
"Then I won't have to fight it. Because by killing you, it has hurt me," I whispered.

I meant it wouldnt fight you back.. but if some chance that it did how would you fight it? If it could take Satan and me down?"

Ellie:
"I'd ask it to kill me, then," I said.

it wouldnt. i would highly doubt it"

Ellie:
"Then I will kill myself. EIther all three of us die, or us two," I said.

I finished and walked out pulling my shirt on. "ellie please dont talk like that" i sigh

Ellie:
I looked up at him, tears running down my face.
"Why not? Because you'd rather not face it now?" I asked.

My face hardened slightly.

"No. Do you think i like and enjoy hearing you talk about offing yourself or willingly dying all the time?"

Ellie:
I looked down and didn't respond. I pressed my face to my hands.

i pull her to me, hugging her close. "it kills me to hear you talk like that.."

Ellie:
"Its not any better for me, Will. I already lost a baby and husband. I can't lose you too," I cried into his shoulder.

i wont leave you" i say softly

Ellie:
"Dying is the same thing as leaving, Will," I cried.
