All Hope Is Gone (open)

Ellie:
"I'm okay," I smiled.

im going to go see how callums holding up."

Ellie:
"Okay," I smiled.

i let go of her and walked to Callums room, knocking

Callum:
"What?" I asked. I took another sip of brandy.

i open the door and raised an eyebrow. "You know we cant get drunk, the alcohol burns of to fast."

Callum:
"I'm still trying," I said.

"Your just waisting it then" i sigh and sit down in a c hair in his room. "How you holding up"

Callum:
"I know. I don't drink much, really. Most of the booze is Ellie's. And not so well," I said softly.

i can imagine" i sighed shaking my head

Callum:
I didn't say anything.

it will be ok... eventually" i sighed

Callum:
"No. It won't. You'll die. Then Ellie will kill her kid. Then herself. And I'll be left alone, forever," I said.

you never know what will happen... The angels brought me back to life.. you never know" i say again

Callum:
"They hate Ellie. And she loves you, always has. After the war, they have no use for you. So why bring you back?" I asked.

i sighed "i dont know."

Callum:
I didn't say anything.

i sighed "dinner is going to be done soon"

Callum:
"Not hungry," I said.

you need to eat. come on."

Callum:
I shook my head.

alright" i sighed walking out

Ellie:
"He'll come out when he's ready, Will," I said softly and finished. I put steak and mashed potatoes on the plate. I handed it to him.

thanks Ellie." i kiss her forehead once and sit down

Ellie:
"I know how he feels. Just leave him alone for a while," I said softly. I sat down with my plate but I hardly ate anything.
