"She still would," I sighed.

i smirked a bit. "no. no. good luck trying to deal with it" i stand and walk out.

Maya:
"Deal with what?" I snapped.


Mallory:
"Well, I expected him to work with her. She could've saved Tyler if Jake knew. But, no, he became an asshole. Now she's pissed and won't let me back into her head. We're screwed," I sighed.

you expected Jake, the most unwilling person ive ever seen, to work with Maya?" i shake my head.

"truth serum, i have a few extra vials."

Maya:
"Have fun," I smirked.


Mallory:
"To save Tyler, yeah," i said.

I read his mind, he doesnt believe that we can be saved." i shake my head. "

Mallory:
"I was in her mind. There is a way," i said.

got any info on it?" i ask looking at her

Mallory:
"That's all I got before she shut me out. When Jake upset her. She didn't seem to be concentrating when he was talking to her. But when she lost her leverage and he upset her, she put the walls back up. All I got was that there's a way to save us. And Maya knows it," I said softly.

I sigh and shake my head. "ill talk to jake in a second."

Mallory:
"All he has to do is talk to her for a while. Or be in the room. And she will let her guard down," I said.

I walk out of the room and go to Jake, "Go back in there, and stop being an ass for once." I say pushing him back to her door, "Show emotion for once in your life" i tell him and tossed him into mayas room

Maya:
"Get out. I'm not saying shit," I said and rolled my eyes.

I dont think i really have a choice of leaving" i think to myself. I sit down and look at her

Maya:
I nodded and ignored him.

Maya:
"Don't apologize. You made the choice to not save everyone. So you have to live with it," I said softly and shrugged.

Maya:
"Once again, idiot, I do everything with a reason. And I'm not going to kiss my nephew to give him the solution. That's disgusting." I rolled my eyes.

Maya:
"No. But I'm not going to give it up otherwise. You say your smart, but I outsmarted you in this," I rolled my eyes.
