She sniffed and bit her lip. I held her arm. "Let me look." I said. If the poor guy was dead I didn't want her to see it.

I nodded a little, looking up at Blake.

I nodded and stared to work my way through the rubble. The little girl rubbed her eyes.

I held her close to me, trying my best to comfort her.

I picked threw the rubble. I could see the figure of a young man in there. I got closer. He was under a large BeN his eyes closed and head back. I looked at him say.

I waited patiently, keeping the girl calm.

I sighed sadly and moved closer. As I did I saw a gentle rise and fall of the chest. "He's alive! Get the doctor!" I yelled as I started to work on the heavy beam.

I looked down at the little girl,telling her to go find a doctor. I went into the house to help blake.

I struggled as I saw the young man's eyes open. I pushed the beam off him.

I helped blake push the beam, kneeling down to the boy once the beam was off.

He was having a difficult time breathing and he was very weak.

I scooped him up in my arms, tryin to get him away from the rubble. The dust and debris in the air wouldn't help him breate.

I went with her out of the rubble. The boy coughed violently.

I laid him down on the ground away from the house, trying to help him breath. His sister soon came back with a doctor.

The doctor took over working on the young boy. I went to her and wrapped my arm around her waist.

I shook a little, looking doen at the little boy. I hoped he would be alright.

The doctor worked on him. The little girl had tears running down her face

I held my arms out for the little girl, wanting to cnfort someone other than myself.

She ran and hid on her arms. I rubbed her back.

I rocked her gently, humming softly

I looked down at them. The doctor finally sat back. "The boy will live."

I relaxed, looking down at the girl.

She smiled and ran to hug him. The doctor caught her. "But he is very injerged and needs rest."

"Are their parents here...?" I looked at blake

I looked around. The little girl looked up. "Mommy and daddie went to visit god." She said.
