The vampire and the human(reserved)

"Ok" I smiled and finished off my food. Setting the plate down gently I offered her a smile

I glanced up a little at him, my was turning a much brighter shade of green. "Why are you looking at me with such... Kindness?" I asked softly. He was my enemy, but he was showing me such mercy and kindness.

"You haven't attacked me. You tried to me help me through my issues. Despite us being enemies. Why wouldn't I give it to you. You deserve it"

"I am still your enemy." I looked away. I couldn't stand looking at him anymore. He was filled with such kindness and an ageless beauty. I wanted him to be mine.

"I hunt vampires. The ones that murder kill and destroy people for fun. You don't seem like that kind of person. The least I can do is treat you how I would want to be treated" I stated smiling again

"I kill when threatened. Those vampires you killed yesterday were younglings. They were scared. They knew nothing." I leaned back against the wall, not looking at him. "I was the eldest in the village. I looked after them."

Her words hit me like a truck "oh god" I muttered. I stood up but tripped on the chair crashing back down. "I'm the monster" I muttered pressing myself up. I was shaking. Trembling. I had to go talk to Intel. See if it was true. I shook hard heading towards the UV barrier to leave her cell

I didn't watch him leave, shaking a little. He was gone, the only human i wanted near me was gone.

I went to Intel flinging there door open. "We're those younglings?" I asked. They nodded and I stormed away. I went back to her. "I'm so sorry" I said tears leaking silently down my face as I stepped back into her cell

I glanced over my shoulder at him, my eyes red. "Leave before I kill you." I hissed at him.

I looked at her more tears spilling crashing onto the ground. I turned and left running to the elevator. At the main floor I headed out into the cold air and threw up into the grass. No one was out. I sat down against the wall closing my eyes

I began to trash the room in anger. Deep scratches appeared in the walls, floor, and ceiling as I clawed at them with my sharp nails. I looked almost demonic, something that happens to older vampires when furious.

I looked down at my gear. At my weapons. I drew my pistol loading it. I held it trembling fingers contemplating what was always on my mind

I eventually tried to claw at the UV shield and got blasted back into the wall. I went unconscious and my right arm was badly damaged and nonfunctional.

I put the gun to my head and took a deep breathe. I pulled the trigger but nothing happened. Of all the times for my gun to be jammed. That was when I got work about what happened to the vampire. I headed down tere with blood. I piured the blood in her mouth so she would heal. I looked at her one last time then left. Not like she wanted me here anyways

My eyes flashed open and i quickly grabbed him, my nails digging into his arms. I had him pinned to the floor, growling down at him.

"Do it" I snarled at Her. "End this miserable life" I spat venom in my words

I glared down at him, blood dripping from my lips and splashing down on his face. "Killing you would bring me joy, but i will not." I let go of him, standing up weakly.

"Then your just like me. Weak" I spat looking down at my bloody wrists. I pushed myself up getting ready to leave

I tried to make it back to the wall, but i collapsed before then. I laid in the middle of the floor, staring up at the ceiling. "I'm showing you mercy, something you do not know the meaning of."

"Yeah cause me sparing you wasn't mercy. I could have killed you back there. Instead I didn't kill you. I showed you mercy. You know you made me think differently of vampires. I thought you were different. Then you snapped and went off on me. Maybe I was wrong"

"You were wrong." I said softly before losing consciousness again.

"String her up to a blood iv" I yelled as men began to heal her. I sat in front of her cell watching the blood heal her. She really made me think there was a chance. I started to believe her. She could care less. It was all a lie made by her and I fell for it

I woke up a little while later, but i remained unmoving. I stared up at the ceiling, glaring at it almost. Beauty is supposed to be deadly, but he was keeping me alive. Why, i kept asking myself. "Why are you helping me...?" I merely whispered.

"Cause I care. You may hate me. You may Attack me. But your different. At least I thought you were" I said looking at her. The slow constant beep of the machine filled the air
