Assassins of Gineadon (mfkrwill and me)

Elsa tsked in response. She got a lot more than that, being an A class. Vehicles, weapons, anything she wanted was basically at her fingertips and everything she needed for a job was provided. There was no need for land or power. But it'd be nice to have.

"You don't even know how much I get paid, sweetums," Elsa responded. "But I'm listening."

"I just woke up," Lexi admitted, in a downward facing dog pose. She stood and settled into Warrior Pose 2. "I passed out right after and slept right through dinner. I have a feeling that I'll have a hard time if I try to go to sleep now." She stretched, her body already had a thing layer of sweat from sleeping and working out. She picked up some weights and started adding them to her poses. "I have a feeling that I'll be fine."

Adam's small smirk came back, "I was merely listing examples." He says leaning forward in his chair. "Instead of me guessing what makes you tick, why dont you throw out some suggestions. Im sure we can accomodate, hm?" He asks. This was starting to turn into a legitimate-ish buisness meeting. Which was the end goal of this little meeting.

They make pills for that." Will says, letting go of the bar, backflipping/somersaulting into a crouching position. HE spins on his heels to face her, resting his arms on his knees and watching her curiously. "They help me sleep, anyway. Sometimes my mind wont relax enough to get there...Yoga, hm? Ill admit, a lot of members find it relaxing, or a good work out. Ive never been able to get a feel for it." Will says, standing back up and stretching before heading to a section with punching bags, grabbing some tape, taping up his fists absently while he spoke

To be honest, Elsa couldn't really think of anything that the OG didn't provide for her....except... "I want my house, like this one but nestled someplace deep in the woods and is easy to defend. I want a weapons arsenal that makes the AoG look like a fucking toy store for kiddies. I want the fastest car you can get me. I would also love to bang your wife but I don't think that's gonna happen." Elsa winked at Charlene who looked very taken aback for a moment. "Hmmm I would also looooovvveee some new outfits. If I'm going to become a traitor, I might as well do it in style."

"It helps with parkour," Lexi explained, finishing her stretch. Then she ran across the gym and up one wall, jumping to the one next to it before flipping and landing squarely on her two feet. "Flexibility, learning your balance and momentum, and working on your core really help with jumping between buildings and racing through cities when there are murderers on your ass."

Done." Adam replies, "A house will be built in a location of your choosing, which will be outfitted with a large arsenal of the newest weapons we can get our hands on. Same for the car. You will be on your own for the 'outfits' you desire. We will give you the money for it. Now I trust you know that this wont be immediate," He says blankly, crossing his arms. "Still need to know you wont go AWOL after receiving all of this, im sure you understand."

Hmm." Will replies, setting the tape down and stretching his arms out momentarilly. "Not much of a runner myself. Usually prefer to take cover and wipe out whoever is attacking. Although, I have not been outnumbered in quite some time." He says, starting to throw some punches and kicks at the bag in fast combo's. "May want to look into that in the future"

"But of course. It's just business," Elsa responded, nodding to him. Charlene tapped her pen against her clipboard and looked at Adam knowingly.

She and Elsa both knew that she was just playing the game for now. She had no intentions of betraying her friends but she had to do what she had to do in order to survive. It would take a while before anyone would come looking for her, what with the initiations going on.

"They don't call it a 'fight or flight' instinct for nothing," Lexi laughed, wrapping her own knuckles with tape before going to work on a punching bag nearby him. "You have to be prepared for anything. You should try doing some parkour with me! I'm sure you'd love that a lot more than yoga!" She delivered a hard blow to the bag, making it swing a bit, she blocked its "return" and delivered a roundhouse kick to it expertly.

Adams robotic eye met with Charlene's before glancing back at Elsa. "Now, I also am sure we dont have to mention that if you go against this little agreement the AoG will be tracking down your bones all across the globe." He says, his voice cold. He knew she was just playing along to not die, essentially. But that didnt mean he couldnt force her hand.

Will half smiled, throwing jabs, uppercuts and roundhouses to the bag he was working on as well. "Maybe i will. Sounds interesting." He replies. He went to say something else but cut himself off, glaring over at the entrance of the gym as Graves and a couple of his cronies walked in. "Almost want to leave now." He mutters, throwing more quick jabs, unintentionally striking the bag harder than he was before. He had not gotten the go ahead from Michael yet, and he was feeling antsy about not knowing where blake and elsa were

"I'm aware," Elsa raised an eyebrow at him. Michael would know something was wrong as soon as he heard that she was attacking the AoG. She had spent most of her life with them as her mother and father had both worked there. She was the most loyal person in the entire organization. Everyone would know to try to stop her and kill her if necessary if things go array. Her whole life was devoted to the AoG.

"What's up?" Graves asked casually, wrapping his knuckles with tape, eyeing Will and Lexi. He may have been all brawn and no brains but he wasn't the dumbest thing on the earth. "You got a thing for this new recruit, Goodnight?" he laughed a big bellowy laugh, his men casually flanking him. Lexi eyed them suspiciously. The whole encounter was getting weird. "You've given her high marks so far and you can't seem to stay away from her! You're even training here, late at night."

Will sighed, hearing Graves just behind them. He turns giving a cold look, well, his usual look. "To be fair, Ive been here a few hours longer than she has. Ive been sitting in a chair all day, decided to get some work out time." He replies, his eyes boreing into his. They were similar size, Will just barely winning out in the height difference. "As for the marks Ive been giving her, or anyone for that matter, You dont have clearance to even see those. I'd tread carefully if you dont want a few broken teeth. Because if you or one of your.... sheep," Wills voice was slow and calculated. "are reading my classified thoughts on the new recruits. Youre barking up the wrong tree." He says, obviously as a threat. "and for her marks specifically, since you seem so interested. She has earned them. Sounds like your a bit jealous a young recruit half your size is outperforming anything you did in your tryouts. Or anything youve done since, for that matter. Reminds me a lot of Blake, come to think of it." His face turned into a scowl. " wouldnt you say?"

"Youre free to go. Graham will take you to a new room. A bit more lively than the last." Adam says, his smirk being replaced by a bland stare. The guards redo her restraints, minus the bag over her head and escort her out of the room. Adam leans back in his seat again, "We will need to keep an eye on her.... I have some possible plans we can go for as well to ensure she cooperates"

Will had certainly hit a nerve at that last comment. Graves lips curled up into a snarl at the mention of Blake. His men moved in closer to him and Lexi, chuckling to themselves like they knew something. It was obvious they had broken into the records room and stole Will's marks on the new recruits but what for?

Lexi paled, remembering what the man had said on the staircase on her first night there. "We'll see what the new recruits have to offer," she mumbled, just loud enough for only Will to hear. They had most likely come for Lexi, since she had high marks. She was either a threat, or something worth keeping and she wasn't sure which would be worse.

"Yeah, I would," Graves agreed, stepping closer to Will, daring him to take the first punch. They both knew that since Will didn't have proof that he had stolen the marks and they were outnumbered but then again, Will was S class and Graves seemed to forget that sometimes.

He probably should've brought more than four men.

Charlene perked up at her husband's comment. "Well, I certainly hope she does. She's quite a fighter," she replied, tapping her pen to her cheek. "Shall we interview the next recruit?"

Elsa was led away down several hallways and she memorized every single one of them. She'd have to gain their trust in order to do anything in the future. They would be watching her like a hawk. No matter how disgusting it made her feel, she had to keep her head down and do what she was told.

Wills eyes kept boreing into Graves', not backing down. He wasnt too afraid, if he took down Graves, or threatened to at least with a sleeper or choke hold, his goons would back off sure enough. Take out the leader, his men will scatter.
"I'd back up a few steps, kid." He mutters through his teeth, his comment could have vary well meant Graves or Lexi. Maybe both, in different contexts. "Unless you want me to snap both of your fucking arms backwards, I would go mind your own damn buissness on the other side of the gym. Dont think youd wanna risk not going into the Pit tomorrow with the newbies." Will opens up his arms to his sides, almost inviting him. "But if you want to start some shit, boy, you better knock me out in one punch." Even if he did manage to lose a fight, they were in view of a camera, Will noticed. It was a lose lose situation for Graves.

"Momentarily, I want to swing my idea across you first." Adam says turning in his chair to look at Charlene. "Here is what I propose: We knock the girl back out and take her to Alec for modification." He says, pointing out to his arm and their eyes. "We have him replace an arm and a leg, but with a lockout feature." He explains with a small grin, tapping his temple. "At any sign of her betraying us, we activate the lock, it makes it so she can no longer move the robotic limbs, basically shutting her down and adding enough dead weight that she is useless until the lock deactivates."

Lexi took a step back, eyeing one of the men trying to move a bit more around to sneak up on her and Will. She turned, her back to Will and Graves. They were efficiently surrounded a little too quickly. She too eyed the camera in the gym. If there was a camera, then why was the gang starting this now? There was a whole day before the initiations were over. Will would HAVE to be present...

Graves smirked at Will, shaking his head. "You're lucky we have the final fights tomorrow," he growled, taking a step back, a small one, but a step back. Just as quickly as they came, they were gone and through the door.

"Why did that feel weird?" Lexi asked, breaking the silence. "That was really, really, really weird."

A small evil grin slowly formed on Charlene's lips. She cackled, shaking her head. "My dear, you ARE evil and I just positively love it." She leaned forward, planting a kiss on his lips. "She'll never be able to betray us that way. And we'll have nothing to worry about. I'll go talk to Alec and get everything prepared." She stood, her heels clicking as she waltzed out of the room to doom Elsa to her fate.

"Of course it felt weird. Graves and his goons were tying to do something involving you, i am assuming anyway. I dont know what, exactly, but its not good.." Will says, pulling off the tape from his hands and tossing it to a garbage can. "I imagine they saw you come in here and they didnt think anyone else was in the gym.

"I need to go lock up my reports in my room, now. I dont need them continuing to sneak in and steal my shit." He says looking over at her, "Id suggest you hole up in your room for the rest of the night. Cant imagine they will give up that easily," Will mutters, starting to make his way out of the gym, "Or youre welcome to just hang around me for the time being. Im sure they wont try to do anything if i was enough to stop them before. Probably going to go talk to michael here in a few minutes"

"I'll stick with you," Lexi agreed, immediately rushing over to him and grabbing his arm without thinking. It was very childlike, she wasn't shaking or anything. She was a skilled hunter and assassin but she was young and she was scared. Will had quickly become a trusted guardian to her.

"I hope they don't try anything at the Pit tomorrow," she groaned, thinking about it. "I would hate to have to fight off a ton of people having no sleep and after I already fight a bunch of people just to get IN the AoG."

Blake was worried.

And she was usually never worried.

Escaping was easy, wayyy to easy. But it was because of the harsh conditions. Once she actually made it out of the giant warehouse they were keeping her in, she was blinded by snow. They were high up in the mountains with no sign of civilization anywhere, obviously somewhere much colder than the AoG's home base.

She would have to be a survivalist in order to even consider getting through the wilderness and she would need a lot more than just the raggedy black on black attire she had on. She had no choice but to turn around and brave the warehouse that was crawling with enemies to find everything she would need: a lighter or matches, a flashlight, a weapon (preferably a gun but any knife would do), some better clothes, and maybe even a flask or a water bottle if she was lucky.

Will glances over at her with a raised brow when she grabs his arm, but decided to not say anything about it as he leads the way out of the gym, headed to the stairwell upstairs. He could hear Graves and his goons talking nearby, guess they didnt leave the area quite after leaving the gym. Oh well. They needed to head up to Michaels room.

"The Pit is a bit of a free for all, typically. Its sort of like that old movie Fight Club, minus the blowing up buildings and soap plot line. Once a week, typically optional, people go down there for hand to hand training or legit MMA style fights to brush up if they havnt been on a mission in a while. Or if they just want to. But recruits are required to go, 'is if its your first time, you have to fight'" He says, quoting Brad Pitt's character from the aforementioned movie. "Its usually one on one though, rarely do multiple people take part at once"

"Honestly, fighting a ton of people in a pit sounds like a great time," Lexi laughed, still holding onto his arm, not for dear life or anything. It was almost childlike the way she followed him and stuck close to him for attention.

She sighed, thinking about Graves and the whole strange interaction in the gym. If Will hadn't been there, she would've been joining Elsa and that scared her. What were they doing to that poor girl?

Elsa woke up and was very, very tired, and very, very sore. She groaned, struggling to see in the dark room. She was tied down to a hospital bed and she froze, noticing a white sheet over her body so she couldn't see. She also couldn't move. At all. It was like she was frozen from the neck down. "What the fuck." she groaned, trying to see around the room. There were no windows and just the steady beeping of her heart rate on the monitor next to her. Not even a nurse button. Obviously they didn't give a shit about their recruits.

"From time to time, yeah." He says with a small chuckle of his own. He led the way upstairs to where Michaels room was, making a small face when there was a note saying he was gone for the night and would return in the morning. "Fuck, michael. This was a bit important." Will mutters, rubbing his eyes and sighing. "Alright. New plan, i dont want  them fucking with you, or anyone that matter, anymore tonight." He says thinking to himself, tapping his fingertips on a wall, biting the inside of his cheek in thought. "Youre free to stay in my room, if you'd like. Ill just sleep in the recliner in there. the higher ups may not like it, but they will probably get over it when i let them know the situation, hm?"

Alec walks into the recovery room, flicking on the lights. "Well, youre finally awake." He says grabbing a clipboard with his notes, flicking through and walking over to the side of the bed. He pulls her lower eyelids down slightly, checking for any issues. "Modification takes a lot out of people, but you were out for a while" He says, sitting down in a chair, rolling over to his computer, looking at the results of x-rays and overall examinations.

Frowning at the note on the door, it took Lexi a moment to realize what Will was suggesting. "Um. In your room?" She was a little uncomfortable since they weren't besties or anything but she was starting to trust Will and she felt safe around him. Plus, being safe with him in his room sounded a hell of a lot better than sleeping in her own and most likely getting kidnapped.

"Yeah, that sounds like a good plan," she agreed, trying not to react to his statement. She was going to be spending the night with Will Goodnight. She tried not to chuckle. It should be interesting.

"What...? Modification?" Elsa struggled to move but wasn't getting any response from her muscles. They most likely had her drugged. They had to. "How long was I out? What did you do to me? Why the fuck can't I move?"

Now, now... Charlene walked in behind Alec, gently touching his shoulder. "No need to be hostile, darling. You work for us now, remember?"

"Im not forcing you of course," He replies, sensing a little unease from her. "Just a suggestion." He keeps his eyes around the hall, being vigilant. "But if its all good with you: Is there anything you need from your room before we go to mine? Clothes, blanket, phone, whatever. Can grab that and head over, 'cause honestly," He pauses checking the time. "Its after midnight and im exhausted. I will probably just move a chair so its facing the door. that way if anything DOES happen, i can be ready."

Answering in order: 3 days, modification, and because the killswitch is on" Alec says blankly, glancing up when he felt Charlene touch his shoulder. Alec hops up and walks over, "Drum roll please." He says sarcastically, grabbing the blanket and pulling it away, revealing that one arm and leg had been replaced with a cybernetic limb

"I'll be fine," Lexi said, shaking her head. "I don't need anything. I can sleep on the floor though," she suggested, shrugging as they slowly made the walk to Will's quarters. "I just sleep in underwear and a t-shirt. I hope you don't mind."

Elsa could've screamed but she didn't. She didn't want to give them the satisfaction. She mutely stared at the new arm and leg shining at her in silver. "Wha... The killswitch." Her eyes locked with Alec and she prayed he could see the infinite rage burning in her eyes. "Don't tell me. It's set so if I wander to far, my leg will lock up and I'd literally have to drag myself places. Or what? It'll inject poison into my veins?"

Like i said, Im going to facing the door, essentially. You could sleep in a horse costume and i probably wouldnt notice." Will chuckles to himself, making a turn around the corner headed to his room. He fishes the keys from his pocket and opens the door. It was similar to every other room in the place, a little bigger, maybe. Will kept the room clean and organized, with an almost minimalist design of a bed, desk, chair, and book case. "Make yourself at home. If you cant sleep, youre welcome to read anything on the shelf."

Alec gave a half smile and chuckle, smugness radiating. "Lock up if you wander to far? What do you think we see you as? A shopping cart? And no poison either, they dont want to kill you." He says hopping up and walking across the room, picking up a small device in his hand and tossing it back and forther between his other as he walked back, handing it to Charlene. "No, this just makes it so your new arm and leg cant move when activated. Just a bit of a precaution. Also, i should warn you to take it slow when it turns off. Those new appendages are going to have a lot more strength than youre used to"

She took in the clean room, smelling a hint of pine, possibly from outside but also possibly from an air freshener. Lexi loved it. It just smelled nice and felt so comfortable in there. Like she could shed her armor for a moment. As soon as he mentioned the fact that she could read books, she practically ran over to the bookshelf and immediately started perusing the titles. "I love books!" she giggled, pulling a few out here and there to read the backs before deciding on one.

Charlene smirked at her husband's shopping cart joke but didn't snicker or even giggle. She radiated cold and evil and this whole thing was just icing on the cake. Elsa was so totally fucked.

Elsa frowned at the mention of strength. Why would they give her MORE strength? She eyed the device in Charlene's hand. If that that was the switch, then if she could sneak around and grab it and escape. She'd have to earn their trust first. She had a feeling they'd keep her in lockdown for a while until she's "proven her loyalty". She would also have to be careful of what she said. They very well could install microphones into her newly augmented limbs.

hm." Will replied sleepily, shutting the door, the door locking automatically. Will yawns and pulls his recliner toward the door, facing it. "Well, help yourself. Plenty there to read, that tablet has more on it was well," He says, regarding to the tablet on the shelf. He pulls his shirt off, tossing it towards a hamper of clothes, changing into some shorts as well before sitting down in the chair. "I have an alarm set for breakfast time, id still recommend getting some sleep"

"And dont worry, Ill make a few more." Alec tells Charlene, returning to his desk, writing some more information down. "Alright, well. As long as youre able to move, you are free to go. Well, you know what I mean. Free to do whatever as long they are ok with it." He chuckles, waving sarcastically behind him toward Elsa.

Lexi's eyes widened when Will took off his shirt and she watched his muscles ripple as he tossed the shirt into the hamper. She quickly gulped and turned away when he changed into shorts and became very interested in the book she had picked up. "I'm going to certainly try." She said, sitting on the bed and curling up with the book. She started to read but quickly dozed off, the book resting on her stomach.

Charlene cracked a half smile as Elsa started to move, staring at her bionic fingers. She was pissed, irrevocably pissed. They not only recruited her against her friends, they fucking replaced her limbs and locked her in the position... For once, she was at a loss. Gaining their trust would take time and a lot more effort than she wanted to give. But she'd have to change her tune and soon.

He finished getting ready to go to sleep, looking back and noticing Lexi was already passed out, causing a small chuckle and eyeroll as he shut off the lights and sat in the chair. Will yawns, extending the recliner out and setting a pistol on the arm of the chair under his hand just in case anything happens.

*time skip*

The night went by quickly, perhaps due to the fact they fell asleep close to 3:00 AM instead of the normal time before midnight. Will awoke to his alarm, hitting snooze quickly and shutting it off shortly after, standing and stretching with a yawn. Lexi was still curled up, dozing with one of the books she grabbed. He moved the chair back to its normal position, grabbed some clothes, going to take a shower and get ready for the final day of tryouts.
