Krissy:

I watched Ebony now instantly curious about her reaction and who Michael was talking to.

Ebony:

I focused intently at the ground as I continued to mumbled exactly what Michael was saying. In my head I was translating it, and at first it seemed ok but then my eyes went wide and I started to get a bit pale.

Krissy:

“Are you speaking German?” Kyle asked her and I sat forward a little trying to hear what she was saying.

Ebony:

I didn't pay them any mind, I just glanced up sharply as Michael walked through the living room and jogged up the stairs. When he came back down he had shrugged on a jacket and his phone was already put away.

Krissy:

“Are you leaving?” I asked sinking back in my chair a little.

Ebony:

I looked at him warily as he spoke. "Only for a walk I'll be back in a few minutes." Hue attemppted a weak smile but it faultered. He opened the front door and closed it behind him gently. "Oh no...poor Michael..." I mumbled softly.

Krissy:

"What is the matter?" I asked her frowning slightly.

Ebony:

I looked at her sadly. "Our master is dieing. Michael saw him as a father." I said simply my voice not very loud but still carrying so she could hear.

Kyle:

I lightly squeezed Ebony. Krissy watched the ground for a moment then got to her feet and going to the closet by the door she pulled on a jacket and her boots. "Krissy don't." I said but she wasn't listening to me.

Ebony:

I watched Krissy and nodded in approval. "Just becareful. I have never seen him show a lot of what he is feeling, so I don't know how he will respond to this."

Krissy:

I nodded and opened the front door and walked out to the street. “I ran a little bit to catch up with Michael. I didn't say any thing once I was next to him, just walked quietly beside him.

Michael:

I had no emotion showing as I walked, but inside was a different story. I continued to walk untill I found a small park, and from there I found a bench. I sat on the bench and looked at the ground. I knew Krissy was with me, and it was calming for me.

Krissy:

I leaned against the back of the bench and looked down at Michael. “Are you okay? Ebony told us...” I touched his shoulder lightly.

Michael:

I put my hand on top of hers. "I will be. Thank you for coming, you didn't have to do it." I said turning my face to look at her.

Krissy:

“I wanted to.” I said softly. “Are you going to see him?” I asked climbing over the back of the bench to sit next to him.

Michael:

I shrugged. "His son hates me. Ask Ebony why, its not something I truly know why but she does." I let out a slow breath and then gave her hand a gentle squeeze, leaving my hand with hers.

Krissy:

“His son would keep you from seeing him?' I asked and frowned.

Michael:

I smiled weakly. "I showed him up...badly. As I said before, ask Ebony. She knows it better than I do."

Krissy:

“Little twerp.” I muttered and lightly squeezed his hand. “I'm sorry, Michael.”

Michael:

I shrugged again and then looking down at our hands I smiled slightly and laced my fingers through hers. "Thank you for worrying about me."

Krissy:

I smiled softly. “I couldn't help it.” I said quietly and looked down at the side walk in front of us lit by evening light.

Michael:

I tilted my head a bit looking up at her. "Huh? Why not?" I asked confused.

Krissy:

“Just because,” I muttered shifting slightly on the bench and staring at the ground. “I care about you, you know.”

Michael:

This brought me up short. I blinked at her for a moment before replying softly. "I care about you too."

Krissy:

I blushed a little but didn't look up at him just lightly squeezed his hand again.
