Perfect Assassins

Krissy:

I hugged Lexi the minute she got close enough, avoiding the make shift bandage on her shoulder. “What happened? Are you okay?” I asked peeling back the bandage. “You got the bullet out? Come inside. I'll fix it up.”

'i got the bullet out" i tell krissy 'i dont know how well im made the bandage but the bleeding slowed

Lexi nodded, looking at her brother. He smiled and nodded to her but didn't say a word.

Krissy:

“Well enough. The wound isn't that bad, it hit the muscle so it should hurt for a while but it will heal quickly.” I told her pushing her toward the house while trying to use the crutches, I hated them, they made me feel weak.

Lexi walked inside and Jake followed her, pulling Kyle aside. "What happened?" he asked him.

Kyle:

“She got shot. Chased by two guys, Will took them out.” I said, my tone mildly annoyed as usual.

Jake nodded. "Okay then. Who were they?" he asked.

Kyle:

“I am pretty sure they were some guys who have a grudge with Krissy.” I told him.

"So the usual then," Jake concluded, nodding. "Thanks."

Kyle:

My eyes narrowed a little. “Were you expecting some thing else?” I asked. I had never fully trusted him, though I excepted that he was Lexi's brother and I didn't hate him.

"Always am," Jake said, walking inside.

Kyle:

I watched him for a moment before following him inside.

Krissy:

I had Lexi sitting down and I was preparing to stitch the bullet wound.

She alright?" i ask walking in

Lexi nodded tiredly.

i look at her "you need to sleep" i laugh slightly

Krissy:

“Yeah.” I said absently and jabbed her quickly with a syringe pushing the plunger down.
