I arched my eyebrow. "Kai?....is he your son?"....

Annie:
"Who else would he be?" i asked. He came down and looked at us.

I looked at him then back at annie. "Do you remember Katniss and Peeta Mellark?"

Annie:
"Of course. Come in," I said to them.

I was confused. How could she be so open to someone who she never met? Or at least i dont remember meeting her...

Annie:
"Your their kids. I saw a picture of you four," I smiled.

I nodded and carried Sin again inside the house. "Did you hear about...what happened to twelve?" I whispered to her closely. [her = annie]

Annie:
"Yeah. Kai has been dying to go down to help, but I can't lose him too," i whispered.

I nod. "He shouldn't..people chased us out of twelve because they think the bombing was our fault, even though i dont doubt why they'd think that now..." i set Sin down on chair. "It must've been hard to hear what happened to...Finnick right?" I whispered again.

Annie:
I nodded, tears in my eyes.
"Yeah. I still think about him," I whispered.

I nod. "He did a great amount for my parents. if it weren't for him, niether Sin or I would be here..."

Annie:
"I know," I whispered and half-smiled sadly.

"There there..." I rub her back. "By the way, we also came here thinking our parents would be here...or at least contacted you..."

Annie:
"They haven't come. I'm sorry. Maybe try Gale with his wife, Lynette," i said to them.

I thought to myself, Gale. He was a friend of mom's but the one who planned prim's death along with coin. "I guess. but can we stay the night?...we've been walking for hours on end."

Annie:
"Of course, of course," i said.

I smiled. "thanks." I hug her. "Finnick is always with you by the way." I notice the trident up on the wall. "always." I pull back and smile, then go to lift Sin up again.

Annie:
I smiled and Kai wrapped an arm around my shoulders.

I point to Kai and smile.
"Thanks for wanting to help, but let me and sin clear things up. We are the mellarks." I smiled kindly at him and winked, walking upstairs to a guest room.

Kai:
"I know who you are, i was going to look for you," i said to him.

"Well, it's a good thing your mom didnt letcha, cause you would've been chased right out just like i was!" I yelled as i closed the door behind us, yawning loudly as i layed sin on the bed. "At least we have someone that doesnt hate us other than Keller..." Yawns.

Sin:
"Its only the people in 12 that hate us," i said.

I let myself fall on the bed. "lets hope so..." i close my eyes then open them widely. "did you get mom's pin?" I asked.

Sin:
"Of course," i said and took it out of my pocket to show it to him. "And dad's necklace," I showed him the mockingjay necklace too.

I smile. "You always keep everything in check, Sis." I grab the necklace. "I think pin would suit you better."
