i nod a little bit "yeah i guess so"

Ellie:
"Its just... when you don't show emotion... it scares me. Cause your father doesn't and I know that you don't want to be like him. But you act similar when you don't. At least to me, it shows that you aren't like him. That you do have emotions," I whispered and shrugged.

i nod a little and rub my eyes "i get what you mean"

Ellie:
"It just scares me, is all. I don't want you to be like him," I whispered.

i hug her softyl

Ellie:
I hadn't expected it but I hugged him back.

i pull away

Ellie:
"Um, ok," I laughed.

what?"

Ellie:
"I was just caught off guard," I laughed.

i nod a bit smiling

Ellie:
"Your smiling," I laughed.

yeah?" i raise a eyebrow

Ellie:
"You don't often. Its just... reassuring, i guess. Or a nice change from your expressionless face," I laughed and poked his cheek.

ah" i laugh a bit "interesting observation"

Ellie:
"Like you said to me. You look nicer when you smile.... don't blush at that," I teased and flopped on the couch.

im not used to compliments" i shrug a bit sitting down

Ellie:
"I can understand. Your father isn't the type," I laughed. "What about your mom?"

i frown a bit and shake my head "dead."

Ellie:
"What happened to her?" I asked, seeing his face.

he killed her. i dont know how" i sigh

Ellie:
"I'm sorry. I remembered that you and Taylor kept some of her stuff," I whispered.

i nod a bit and sigh. "its ok. im over it"

Ellie:
"Do you remember her?" I asked softly.

no. i only met her once"
