Perfect Assassins

Jake was gone by the time Will walked outside. It was as if he vanished without a trace.

f*cking bastard" i mutter and text Lexi.

Jakes on your way, he left before i decided to do anything

Lexi's phone buzzed and she frowned reading the message before texting back, [i]Okay, thanks for the heads u" And then the text ended as if it had been abruptly stopped.

i frowned, lexi wasnt to huge into texting, but i kknew she didnt make to many mistakes. I call her gettign in my car

Lexi's phone rang and rang but no one answered it. It went straight to voicemail.

((MWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! This is of my own doing this time. XD))

Krissy:

"I am not 'itching to start a fight'" I snapped turning on my heels and going after Lexi without saying another word to Kyle.  

Shit" I called kyle, hoping he wasnt being an ass for 3 minutes

Kyle:

I sighed lingering outside for a moment. "Did you do it?" I answered the phone when I saw it was Will."

i saw him at a bar, he left before i decided to do anything. He is on your way last he said.. and Lexi's phone just went dead. like she sent a half done message and then wouldnt answer her phone. is she ok?"

Lexi had been in the bathroom, washing her face to calm herself down when the next thing she knew, a knife was coming out of her stomach and her brother was standing there behind her, withdrawing the blade and knocking the phone from her hands. She gasped, blood pouring out of her wound.

"I'm sorry," he said before she fell to the ground. He took a picture of her, lying there in her own pool of blood before disappearing through the open window.

Her phone buzzed when Will called her and she struggled to reach it, hand covered in blood. She felt odd. She'd almost bled out before when she was younger and it didn't feel the same, like she was drugged at the same time. She knew what it was, and what they were doing. Her fingertips in her blood touched the white floor and she managed to write, "I'm not" before passing out from loss of blood and the drug that would make her appear to be dead anytime from a few hours to a few weeks.

I aited for his response

Kyle:

I frowned and walked back inside.  "Hold on." I said to Will.  "Lexi?" I called, and got no response.  "Krissy?"  I called my stomach twisting.  "Yeah,  what?  She's it the bathroom." Krissy said moodily.  "Go get her" 

Krissy:

I frowned at his tone and went to the bathroom.  "Lex, Kyle wants you." I said knocking on the door.  I knocked again, "Lexi I'm coming in unless you answer me!" I said twisting the handle and opening the door.  I gasped as I slipped catching myself before I fell on Lexi.  "Lexi!" I said frantically.  I had slipped in quite a bit of blood and it looked like a smeared some thing she had written.  All it read now was 'I'm'. One hand went to her belly to stop the bleeding the other went to her wrist feeling for a pulse.  My heart stopped.  

Jake sighed, wiping his sister's blood off his hands and he took off his shirt, throwing it into the icy ravine below him so by the time anyone found it, it would just be a very wet shirt with no trace of blood. Once Lexi woke up, she was gonna kill him. And so were the others. He needed to disappear. And fast.

Kyle?" i ask again. "Let me know what happened. im going to look for jake"

Krissy:  

"Krissy?" Kyle asked, I could hear his footsteps coming up the hall.  I kicked the door closed.  "Don't come in!" I half  shouted my voice strained.  I had to think but my mind was fogging.  "Lexi," I whispered.  She couldn't be...  I felt for the pulse in her wrist again.  Nothing.  But she was still bleeding slowly...  And she wasn't cold...  Yet.  "Please, please, please." I whispered. 

Jake's phone buzzed and he answered it. "Is it done?" the voice asked on the other side of the phone. Restraining his sigh, Jake nodded. "Yes. I'll send you the picture proving it. I want my million."

Krissy:

I rolled her so she was flat on her back then looked at her wound closely.  I was probably making some thing out of nothing, but I had to hope.  

((Still can't do much except...OH WAIT! MELODY!))

"Hey, What's going on?" Melody asked, walking up to Kyle next to the bathroom door. "Krissy, is Lexi okay?"

Kyle:

"Mel, I need you. Kyle go away, we don't want to talk to you!" Krissy shouted through the door.

Melody shrugged. "Girl stuff probably," she shrugged again, slipping inside so Kyle couldn't see then shut the door and turned around, blood draining from her face as she kneeled next to Lexi's still form. "Is there a pulse?" she asked in a whisper, all business.

Krissy:

I looked up at her stricken, tears slowly flowing down my cheeks. I chocked back a sob and shook my head. "I can't find one, but she's still warm and bleeding..." I whispered looking back down at Lexi's face feeling like my heart was slowly ripping.

"Which means she died only moments ago. I'm so sorry, Krissy," Melody whispered, hugging her old friend, trying to make her feel better. "We have to tell the others."

Krissy:

I shook my head numbly, a sob broke through my lips and soon it was uncontrollable.  "I can't," I choked out, "I can't do it." the thought of facing Kyle with news like this, well it would shatter the broken shards of my heart to do it.  And he thought we were mad at him..  I cried harder.
