Beyond the Castle, part one. (Two person.)

Ario

"Which translates to me embarrassing myself. Well im sorry for whatever it was." I said smiling ruefully.

Araline:

I shrugged and patted the side of his face. "I'm used to it. You hungry?"

I nodded mutely before looking down atmyself. "So why am i shirtless?" I asked as i followed her.

Araline:

"Cause Brian made me slather goo on your wounds." I said simply.

"Yes right of course." I said smiling a bit in amusement.

Araline:

I gave him a look. "It was repulsive. You better be glad you were out of your mind." I told him.

I smiled innocently. "Well i owe you then."

Araline:

I shrugged. "Nah, I'd probably have died out here already if you weren't with me." I said.

"If you say so." I said not going to say that i had only felt aive since meeting her.

Araline:

I got to where Brian had grilled the whatever-it-was and handed him a bit that we had wrapped up for him. "It's tasteless, just so you know." I told him scrunching my nose.

I thanked her and started eating it only to almost throw up the stuff. I shookmy head and handed it back. The smell of it and the taste wasmaking me nasious.

Araline: 

I set it down then put a hand on his back.  "Are you alright?  Would you rather water?" I asked offering the canteen.

I took the canteen appreciatively and sat downcasci began to sip from it. The water was much easier to get down thanvwhatever it is they had tried to give me. I relaxed a bit and layed down enjoying the feeling of the sun on my bare skin.

Araline:

I sat down next to him folding my hands in my lap and chewing on my lip.

I continued to lay there comfortably.

((I'm thinking about time skiping a couple weeks, I'm wanting this one thing to happen then some thing else after that, but they need to have covered more ground.))

((Does either this onething or the something after that have any romantic qualities? Regardless I'm game, but I'm curious =P ))

((The first thing does, but you don't get to know =P the second doesn't but I want the first thing to happen first.))

Time Skip two weeks or so~

Araline:

Brian had told us we would reach the beach soon, the idea of it excited me, I had read about it and seen pictures and had always longed to be there in person. Now I would get to. He also said he wouldn't be with us much longer, a fact that utterly thrilled me though I tried not to be too obvious about it. At the moment Brian was gone, hunting probably but he didn't say. I was finding it increasingly hard to be alone with Ario, I didn't know why but I started getting oddly reserved around him. It was one of those moments now, I was sitting on a raised ledge carving a point in a long stick with my dagger, I couldn't tell what he was doing, and I had to force my self to focus on what I was doing rather than peak at him.

Ario:

I absently sharpened one of my knives before getting up with a stretch. My wounds had healed and although I still didn't have any memory of what had happened I left it alone. I glanced at Araline where she was sharpening a stick and I checked in my pack for something. I doubted if she had been keeping track of the days but I had been.

((And to add to the romance.... =P))

Araline:

I continued to carve the stick until my dagger slipped and chopped the point off.  I scowled and tossed it aside sitting up and looking over at Ario.

I tucked the gift back into the pocket of my pack and got up to stretch again. I wondered why brian left us alone so much. If i didnt know better it was like he was tryin to push us together.

Araline:

I watched him for a minute chewing on my lip, it was a lot easier to look at him when he wasn't looking back at me, and I had always liked to look at him.

I started to carve up a large chunk of wood turning it slowly in my hands and letting thecobject come out slowly. It soon lookedclike a minerature tree.

Araline:

I got to my feet and brushed my dress off trying to remember how I had come up here. It was a few feet from the ground, at least four or five.

I continied to work on the carving absently. I was enjouing the time to think.
