Beyond the Castle, part one. (Two person.)

Araline:

“Really? Me too.” I said happily. “When is your birthday?” I asked hoping I was older.

I chuckled and told her that as well. I just focused on her and walking this time.

Araline:

“I’m a month older than you.” I said proudly and grinned at him.

I laughed and shook my head.

Araline:

“Tag! You’re it!” I thumped his shoulder once we were in sight of the tree then raced to it, hiking my skirt up at I ran. I grabbed onto a branch then started pulling myself higher and higher.

I cran after her and climbed up to take her on he small of her back.

Araline:

I laughed and started trying to climb down a little to go after him.

I hopped neatly out of the tree, and watched her smirking. The second she would touch the ground i would race around the tree and back up it.

Araline:

I got to a low branch and then dropped to the ground close to him.

Ario:

I neatly skipped back then around and into the tree. Scrambling up it like a squirrel.

Araline:

I ran after him ant tried to reach his ankle as I climbed but he was too fast.

Ario

I chuckled and stopped on a bit branch making room for her to climb up next to me.

Araline:

I scrambled up onto the branch and hugged it with my legs so I wouldn’t fall off. “I didn’t think you would be such a good climber, since you fell off that pillar.” I said as I looked up at him.

Ario

"Its not easy to get on the pillars." I said leaving out the part where she had been what had distracted me.

Araline:

I shrugged. “I’ve never tried. But I bet I could without falling.” I said with a grin.

I shook my head, not wanting to explain why i had fallen. "If you say so."

Araline:

“I do say so. But maybe not as fast as you.” I amended

I chuckled softly and nodded. "You might be able too but i wouldnt recommend it." Ci told her.

Araline:

“Why? Because I might fall?” I asked quickly. “I don’t mind. I’m not that delicate.”

I shook my head. "Going down is harder is why." I told her chuckling.

Araline:

“Well you seemed to do it just fine.” I said teasingly with a smirk.

I chuckled. "Yeah yeah. But my attempt was checking to see if the air would catch me of a sort." I said good naturedly.

Araline:

I snorted then laughed.  "Well in that case I bet it would work better for me, I bet I'm lighter than you." 

I laughed with her. "Your probably right." I admitted.

Arline:

I smiled up at him.  It was nice having an actual friend for once.  "You don't live in the palace do you?" I asked after a minute.
