I chuckled softly seeing her flushed cheeks. I pulled back a little brushing a strand of hair behind her ear looking into her eyes as I did so. “You are extraordinarily beautiful, you know that?” I asked then grinned. “Not to mention way too damned sexy.”

"I wasn't always sexy to you. You used to see me as a little kid, remember?" Lexi smirked, kissing him gently. "And you're not half bad yourself."

Kyle:

"I know, any girl would be thrilled to be with me." I said with a wink.  "And you certanly don't look like a little kid anymore.  Besides, it's not like I turned creeper all of a sudden and started liking this girl I once thought of as a sister.  You kissed me first." I informed her.

I woke up my arm screaming in pain. I shifted to my feet and looked around at the distruction going on around me. So much carnage...so much death...but...why had it happened...why was I here? W....who was i?

"That's cause you're oblivious," Lexi smirked, kissing him gently.

I kissed her back and muttered, “I am not.”

Kyle:

“I am not oblivious. You were just subtle.” I said as if it was obvious.

"Subtle? BULL," Lexi giggled. "I was so not subtle."

Kyle:

I grinned. “I just assumed it was your personality.” I said with a shrug.

"What was subtle about me?" Lexi laughed. "Absolutely nothing."

I sat up at the sound of my car in the driveway. I sighed. “My sister’s here” I said ruefully.

"S***..." Lexi cursed, hopping up and pulling on her clothes really fast.

I watched her with amusement then got up and pulled jeans and a black t-shirt on. I heard the front door open. “Kyle? Lexi?” Krissy called.
