Perfect Assassins

Michael:

I looked at them before taking them and putting it back on around her. "Think of this as a promise. I promise to never leave you, and to do my best to keep you happy. I dont even know how to describe what you do to my heart right now, but thank you...for finding me, and for helping me." I whispered softly before kissing her forehead.

Krissy:

I squeezed my eyes closed tightly and a tear slid down my cheek. I sighed shakily then wound my arms around his middle again. “I don’t want to lose you again.” I whispered clinging to him.

Michael:

"I'm never going to go anywhere." I promised hugging her close.

Krissy:

My heart ached in my chest as held onto him. He didn’t remember, but he was still the same person wasn’t he? And I still loved him, he was the only one for me.

michael:

"Can I ask a favor?" I asked softly, touching her cheek.

Krissy:

I blinked slowly up at him. “What is it?” I asked.

Michael:

"Will you help me remember who I was?" I asked her softly, tracing her cheek.

Krissy:

I held my breath for a second and blinked so my eyes wouldn’t water again. I nodded and put my hand over his, holding it to my cheek. “As much as I can, just tell me what you need.”

Michael:

"I only need you." I whispered before closing the distance between our lips. the entire time I had been looking at her, my face had unconsciously been getting closer to her's.

Krissy:

My eyes fluttered closed as I kissed him back automatically. It’s like my body had been craving this, I’d been away from him too long.

Michael:

I pulled her closer as I continued the kiss, doing what felt right and natural.

Krissy:

I wrapped my arms around his neck and leaned into him deepening the kiss.

Michael:

I tangled my hand in her hair, tilting my head into the kiss.

Krissy:

I crawled into his lap never taking my lips from his.

I pulled her closer against me, never wanting this to end.

Krissy:

I pulled back breathless, to suck air into my dying lungs before I could get too dizzy.

Lexi didn't even look at her phone. Instead she just answered it. "Will?" she guessed since she figured Kyle wouldn't call her. She stayed outside, unable to bear seeing Michael and Krissy so close, not to soon after Kyle had left.

Kyle:

I gritted my teeth but chose not to respond to that.  "Nope.  Its me.  Are y'all okay?" 

"Depends on your definition of okay," Lexi replied coldly but she couldn't hide the relief in her voice from hearing him alive and well.

Kyle:

"Did you get into any trouble?  Where are you?" I asked worriedly.

"Wouldn't you like to know? We picked up Michael in...God, where the hell are we? Um... I don't remember. But we're staying at a hotel not too far from where we picked him up. And get this, he doesn't remember any of us except me and Krissy. I don't understand why he remembers me. But he called me first then we picked him up," Lexi explained.

Kyle:

"Ebony said she thought he had amnesia."  I said.  "How is Krissy?"  

"Um..." Lexi looked toward the window where their room was. She could see their silhouettes next to each other, really really really close. "I think she's handling it very well. I think they're making out upstairs."

Kyle:

I grimaced.  "Wonderful." I said dully.  I sighed.  "I miss you..."

This time her voice broke. "I miss you too..." she said, biting back tears again.
