Dont, the kids need you. i think, forwning. "Yes Taylor is prgnant, i was glad i heard from my son and not her" i say with light sarcasm

Ellie:
They have Taylor and Callum. Now they have a cousin.
"Sorry..." Thomas said softly.

i rolled my eyes. "you dont have to be, i was just saying."

They need their mother.

Ellie:
They need their father as well.
Thomas nodded and ran to the water with Laurie. I lay down on the sand.

your not destined to die. i sit down next to her

Ellie:
I moved away from him slightly.
"You wan to die? Go ahead," I whispered sadly.

"Ellie, you know thats not what i mean." i frowned stayign where i was

Ellie:
I didn't say anything, just watched Thomas and Lauren play in the water.

"Answer me." i sigh

Ellie:
I rested my chin on my knees, still looking straight ahead.
"You have no idea how I felt when I couldn't be with you, decades ago. To be ripped away from you only to be tortured for days. I was, in a way, forced to move on. Then I lost my baby and my husband. Now, finally, I can finally be happy with you and Thomas and Lauren. But, no. You have to die because this monster inside me has to kill you," I said softly, my voice never raising above a whisper.

i sighed. "i will keep thinking, Ellie. but right now theres nothing i can try to do to prevent it. The kids going to love you unconditionally. you know that."

Ellie:
"Then I will force it to kill me. See how the monster will react to that," I growled.

Ellie, just calm down ok? we will get through this somehow"

Ellie:
I didn't respond, just looked ahead.

i sigh rubbing my eyes

Ellie:
"They need us both, Will. Lauren and Thomas," I whispered.

i know they do."

Ellie:
"You're not gonna die," I whispered.

i got up and went intot he water

Ellie:
I looked at the ground.

i swam around with the kids for a while, laughinbg and playing around

Lauren:
I splashed my dad and dragged Thomas under water.
