A Personal War (closed)

i chuckled and went to her bag and pulled out clean clothes for her then did the same for myself

"Could you get me something clean to wear and just put it in front of the door!" I called through as I slipped into the tub and got some hot water into it.

"one step ahead of you" i called back

"You are amazing! Thank you so much!" I called smiling a bit as I scrubbed off all the grime that the river couldn't get off. And not to my surprise the water looked disgusting. I finally got out and dried myself off with one of the towels and opened the door to get my clothes. "I feel so much better now..."

i smiled facing away from the door, "i'm glad."

"I don't think I've ever scrubbed my skin that hard before." I laughed and got my dress on bit my bit until it was all set and I walked towards him sliding my arms around his waist. "Your turn."

i looked at her over my shoulder and smiled "right. I'll be back in a bit then"

"I'll be waiting." I smiled a bit and let go of him.

i chuckled and walked into the bathroom, stripping as i went

I jumped back onto the bed and leaned back against the pillows looking around the room a little bit, sighing happily in the sheets. It felt so nice to be in a BED again...

i filled the tub quietly

As he got himself settles and bathed I actually dozed off a little, just sprawled out on the bed too tired to even readjust myself.

after a while of scrubbing and shaving i dressed and went back to the main room

I heard the door open and I woke up a little bit, blinking groggily at him. "Hello,, finally." I said and smiled a tiny bit.

i smiled and sat next to her "sorry, shaving tends to eat away time"

"Why'd you shave? I like a little scruff on a man." I said and smiled a bit at him through my lashes. "Just saying." I said and shrugged laying back again.

i shrugged and smiled "i need to clean up while we're in town"

"Fine..." I sighed dramatically and rolled my eyes, smiling a little.

"dont worry" i smiled "when we have our house, i'll grow it out for you"

I smiled and giggled a little looking over at him. "Thank you." I said and held my hands out to him. "Come here..."

i chuckled and moved to her

I smiled a bit and sighed. "I'm so tired." I said and looked at him. "But I shouldn't be, it's only the afternoon."

i chuckled "but we've been moving for so long"

"I know..." I grimaced and closed my eyes. "I'm not used to it."

i nodded "you're doing very well"
