I laughed a little at that and smiled at him. "Well that's a first. You not knowing what you want." I commented and shook my head at him.

i stuck my tongue at her, "Hush woman, let me think"

I smirked and rolled my eyes. "Hush woman..." I muttered. "How polite..."

i laughed "who needs to be polite?"

"You do." I said simply, finally deciding on what I wanted.

i shook my head, and smiled "whatever"

I grinned at his answer- I won. Just what I wanted...

i snatched the menu from her and glanced over it

"Nikoli!" I laughed and shook my head. "I want that back right now."

"No. I need it more" i said with a grin

"No I do!" I protested and looked at him sternly. "Give it back Nik..."

i shook my head "no"

"Nikoli, please give the menu back." I said simply and crossed my arms.

i gave her a look of "make me" before sticking my tongue at her in a very childish way

"I'll just go back up to my room and make you sleep in the bathtub." I threatened him, giving him a stern look again. "I swear it..."

"your room?" i asked, "i'm sorry but who's the one with the name on the lease?"

"Does it really matter all that much?" I asked tilting my head to the side. "I can still lock you out love."

i laughed "not without a key"

"I can get a key." I shrugged- I hoped I could get a key, without one my plan would be pointless and I'd be making a fool of myself...

i shook my head, "they'll only give another key if i ask for it. and that would require them getting another made"

"You've got to be kidding me..." I groaned and just stood up, plucking the menu from his hands and sitting back down. "Thank you." I said and stuck my tongue out at him.

i nudged her and laughed "don't be so serious"

"I'll be serious when I want to be serious...." I told him and started looking over the menu again.

"you're not being serious now" i said lightly

"And how do you know that?" I asked and eyed him over the top of the pages.
