Alpha Squad ((CLOSED))

"I didn't understand any of it when I read it the first time. Now...I can't help but thinking 'THEY MADE KIDS READ THIS?!'" Belle laughed, smiling widely. Lexi rolled her eyes at her friends.

i chuckled a little bit and look around

Daphne leaned against the counter. “What’s wrong with kids reading it?” She asked cluelessly.

"Uhm? Sex? Parties? Drinking? Etc?" Kaylee laughed, waving a hand around.

Daphne shrugged. “I don’t see anything wrong with that… Are you going to have dinner or is it just self-serve…?” She asked the leader.

"I don't know yet," Lexi shrugged. "Probably just heat up a hot dog or something."

sound slike a plan" i say with a nod and chuckle, "imf ine with that"

Daphne scrunched her nose. “Don’t we have something slightly less gross? Like anything at all?” She asked.

I can cook something. What do you want to eat?" i ask getting out of my seat and over to the fridge to see what we had, dinner wise

"I can't cook," Belle mumbled as she continued reading. "Neither can Lexi."

"Shut your face before I do it for you," Lexi growled, heating up a hot dog.

A little angry arnt you?" i ask raising an eyebrow retuning from the fridge, since no one answered i figured no one wanted me to cook

Daphne went to the fridge. “I’ll just make salad.” She muttered squatting in front of the fridge to pull things out.

Belle shrugged and smiled as she continued reading.

Lexi took her hot dog out of the microwave, put a bun on it and ate it. "Whatever," she grumbled in between bites.

i looked at lexi questioningly, "whats wrong with you?"

Kendra:

I skipped into the kitchen, dodging around everyone to go to the fridge. I pulled out the milk and filled a waterbottle with it before putting the milk back and closing the fridge. "She doesn't like losing." I said with a smile to my sister before taking a sip of my milk and skipping neatly around everyone to get out of the kitchen.

"I didn't lose," Lexi growled. "I was..."

"Beaten?" Belle laughed while her friend glared at her.

i roll my eyes a little bit, waiting for her response.

"I was going to say 'distracted by Belle's ugly face'," Lexi smirked and Belle only laughed, playfully hitting her friend in the back of the head with the book in her hand.

"Says the girl who got second place at the beauty paegant at school. And uh...who got first?" Belle asked, cupping her hand over her ear.

"I don't remember that, Belle. Sorry."

i chuckle a little bit and stand up sighing and stretching. "Well i will be in my room if anyone needs me." i sa walking out

Daphne smiled at the two girls. “She is really pretty. You were in a beauty contest together?” She asked as she prepared her salad.

"Back in high school," Belle grinned, jumping off the counter. "I won. Lexi here got second place."

I fell asleep a few minutes after going to my room

((Timeskip))

An alarm pierced the air and lights flashed as the sirens continued in their loud and rather rude awakening of the team.

Lexi was up in seconds and had her hair in a ponytail and was dressed in combat armor and was grabbing weapons in the armory in less than two minutes. Belle was right behind her, moving a tad bit slower.

"The hell?" she asked Lexi in a mumble and Lexi grinned.

"First job. We gotta hurry," she explained vaguely.

I walk into the armory, shrugging on my jacket and grabbing some guns. "what are we doing?" i ask, trying to ignore the alarm I grab a few knives and put them in the sheathes i kept on me

Kendra:

I stood against the wall, silently fuming as I watched them. They had no sense of order, no nothing! I had spent all night getting this place in order and they just waltzed in and started grabbing stuff. I turned and left the armory, going back into my workshop to work. Sleeping and eating were both things I tended to neglect while working, but when people neglected the order of my domain....they were in trouble.
