Beyond the Castle, part one. (Two person.)

Ario:

I settled into my dream, completely happy with it, even though I wasn't sure what to make of it.

Araline:

After a while of instructing me how to aim and shoot properly, he gave up. “I can do it, I know how and I am good at it, just not with this bow.” I told him trying to make him understand that I wasn't useless. “Don't blame my bow.” He retorted then smiled, “Put it down, we'll try something else.”

Ario:

I started waking up, slowly. I opened my eyes, but they didn't focus on anything immediately.

Araline:

I flopped down on the ground next to Ario after a while of learning how to tie a trap, and failing over and over. I inspected the palms of my hands to find blisters form from the rope.

ARio:

My eyes finally focused on Araline. "Morning...or is it afternoon?" I asked my voice sleepy.

Araline:

“Afternoon.” I told him. “Feeling better?” I asked smiling.

Ario:

I yawned and stretched where I laid. "Yeah, I do." I said smiling back at her.

Araline:

“Good!” I said with exaggerated enthusiasm. “Because it probably isn't going to last long.” I nodded off in the direction Brian was.

Ario:

I glanced in the direction she nodded too then back at her. I took her hand gently and was surprised when I felt blisters. I turned her hand over and looked at her palm. "What happened?"

Araline:

I sighed looking at my hand. “I was trying to make a trap, over and over. I'm not very good.”

Ario:

I smiled softly at her. "You do know I have gloves you could have used right?" I asked her softly, keeping her palm up with mine underneath as I pulled my pack over.

Araline:

I sighed and frowned slightly. “I didn't know that. What else do you have?” I asked watching him.

Ario:

I dug into my bag and pulled out a smaller bag. Opening that bag I searched through eventually pulling out a small padded jar. Unscrewing the top I took some of the salve from it and spread it over her hand and fingers before bandaging it up. It looked like she had a glove made out of bandages. "There that should help. Did you do it to both?"

Araline:

“Yes but not as bad.” I said holding my other hand out to him. I was impressed by this but wasn't showing much of it.

Ario:

I did the same thing to her other hand. I smiled and closed her hand softly on the jar. "This stuff is good for blisters, keep it in case you need it some day." I said to her gently. "It may not be as good as a mother kissing a wound, but it works." I said the last part jokingly.

I smiled softly as I held it up. “Thanks but wont I always have you?” I tilted my head slightly looking at him.

Ario:

"Of course I will." I said smiling at her. I gave her a quick hug before letting go to cover a small yawn. I wasn't tired anymore, so I had no idea where the yawn had come from.

Araline:

I smiled. “Of course you will because you wouldn't be able to get rid of me.” I told him with a wink.

Ario:

I raised an eyebrow, my eyes dancing. "Who says I want to keep you around though?" I teased gently winking back at her.

Araline:

I gave him a flat look. “Doesn't really matter, I guess, it isn't up to you.” I told him and smiled wickedly.

Ario:

I laughed and grinned at her. "Oh? How should I persuade you that you don't want to stay around me hm?"

Araline:

“Not sure you could. I'm pretty determined not to let you leave me.” I said while starting to braid my hair over my shoulder.

Ario:

I grinned wickedly at her. "Oh, I'm not so sure. We will have to see then."

Araline:

“Are you saying you are going to leave me?” I asked crossing my arms.
