Perfect Assassins

Ebony:

I looked at him confused. "Yes, but what are you talking about?" I asked tilting my head a bit. This threw me completely off track. I was a thief, so yes I had hidden things.

"Your hiding somthing from me."

"What do you mean?" I asked looking away. I remembered this morning and lieing to him. Was he talking about that...or was it my feelings for him?

she lied to him?)

"your hiding sometihng you want to say"

((Yeah, remember she had a bad nightmare in the car and freaked. Will asked her what had happened and she lied saying it was nothing.))

Ebony:

I winced and looked down at the bed again. "I'm afraid of how you will respond to it." I admitted softly.

oh righT)

"Just hit me with it"

Ebony:

"I..." The heart monitor started beeping faster. I ignored it and closed my eyes as I said softly, my voice barely above a whisper. "I...I have a...I have a crush on you..."

I nod a little "I kinda figured you did...." i sigh a little rubbing my eyes "im sorry i wish i had some kind of long explination of how i feel but...i dont know"

Ebony:

I winced but it didn't show. My heart beat painfully, as it calmed down and went back to its normal rate. "I figured you didn't..." I said softly.

"im not sayign i dont like you Eb. Im not" i look at her and frown "I dont know"

Ebony:

I waved it away absently, my thoughts now elsewhere. I was doing what I usually did to shove down things that bothered me. I was planning a heist in my head.

i grabbed her hand when she waved it away, i lock my fingers through hers

Ebony:

I blinked in surprise and looked at our hands in confusion. What was he doing?

"Waving stuff away doesnt help things." i sigh, i didnt know what is goign through my own head right now

Ebony:

I shrugged absently. "It seems to work for me usually." I commented absently my eyes losing their focus again.

"It doesnt for me...." i frown, it never worked when i tried tostop caring about lexi, or stop hating kyle, or even try to run away fromt his group.

((Ah I had forgotten XD I was wondering why he said he didn't know. Now I remember he is/was? in love with Lexi.))

Ebony:


I wasn't really paying attention to what he said. I actually hoped I could do this heist. It would be worth a lot, plus would be challenging.

i frown lettign go of her hand and pulling my hood up

Ebony:

Him removing his hand from mine brought my attention back to the real world. I turned my head to look at him. I tilted my head slightly as I asked. "Are you ok?"

"Yeah, just tired" i say closing myeyes

Ebony:

I looked down at my lap and bit my lip. I wished I could take back what I had told him. It would probably make his life easier.

I eventually fall asleep

Ebony:

I watched him fall asleep, and once he had I reached across the gap between us and lightly touched his cheek. I pulled my hand back and taking one of the spare blankets on my bed I tossed it over him, so that he wouldn't get cold before curling up onto my side facing him and closing my eyes.

I fall into a deep, dreamless sleep

Ebony:

I watched him, before singing softly to myself. I liked singing, and since he was asleep I kept it soft so as to not wake him.
