"or i could just pull you further in" i said deviously

"Don't you dare..." I threatened. "I don't want to have to swim in this."

i smirked and carried her to the creek bed "fine, you win"

"I always do." I smiled. "You should remember. We always played the games I wanted to play." I chuckled.

"yes because i would have been strung up by my toes if you ever got dirty" i chuckled

"Exactly. But I got dirty anyways." I laughed. "You know I always loved to defy my mother. I still do."

i laughed "i've always had problems with authority"

"I've always had problems with my mother." I laughed.

"sounds perfect"

"It does." I smiled a little and sighed. "Do you need to get anything form your camp before you leave?" I asked.

"maybe some more clothes... mainly for you. " i explained thinking of it

I laughed a little at that. "Something dry would be nice..."

i nodded "if we hurry round... maybe we can make it back before they move on"

"Alright, but you'd have to go in- they all would recognize me..." I said and bit my lip. "I would love to go in, not just see what it looks like..." I sighed.

i grabbed her handd and squeezed lightly before pulling her into the brush

I half smiled and let him pull me in, following him as quietly as I could.

it took quite a while to navigate the woods but after a while we came out at the edge of her property. the white tents of my regiment being taken down slowly

"Damn they're outside." I cursed and flushed pink. "You never heard that some out of my mouth." I said quickly.

i smirked "dirty mouth leads to dirty deeds"

"Oh stop it, I said it by accident." I said and smacked his arm.

i smirked "wait here and stay hidden, I'll be back in a bit"

"Alright." I said quietly and sat where I was. "I won't move- for once."

i chuckled and took off quietly for my tent

I half smiled a little and watched him sneak off, playing with a few leaves I picked from a nearby bush to give myself something to do.

i kept my distance and kept my head down as i made my way through the dissolving camp. at my tent i dove inside and started to pack
