Perfect Assassins

Lexi hung up then looked at Krissy. "Can you grab Kyle? I think he's too pissed to listen to me right now."

Krissy:

I stared at her blankly then got the my feet swiping the blood  from my scraped knees.  "Kyle left." I said calmly looking down.

"What do you mean 'he left'?!" Lexi demanded, getting to her feet. "Where the hell did he go?!"

Krissy:

I pulled the hem of my top straight and picked lint off it.  "He just..  Left."  I held the keys up to his car.  I thought it was best that she didn't see the note. 

Lexi took the keys and looked at them in her hand before clenching her fists, hiding them from her sight. "I'll take his car. We'll go get Michael. And IF Kyle manages to find us again, I'm gonna kick his f****** ass for leaving us," Lexi growled, looking absolutely murderous.

Krissy:

I nodded and sighed.  I badly wanted to see Michael, but I knew something was wrong.  "Yeah, how far away are we?" I asked her.

"Boston? I have no idea where we are so..." Lexi shrugged. "We'll do our best to get there very, very son."

Krissy:

"And my damn brother took my phone." I said bitterly as we walked back to the car.  

"We've got mine. We'll be fine. But I'm gonna call him and leave him a message," Lexi whipped out her phone and dialed Krissy's number as she got to the car.

Krissy:

I listened to it go to voice.  "Try his.  He probably ruined mine.  We'll just have to stop to get a new one."

"Okay," Lexi agreed, trying his own cell phone number.

Kyle:

I groaned seeing Lexi calling.  "Hello?" I asks ready for hr to scream at me. 

"YOU F****** IDIOT! Why did you leave?" Lexi asked, fighting back tears. She wanted to yell at him and beat his ass into the ground but the tears were coming. She sounded so heartbroken. "You just left me alone with Krissy..."

Kyle:

I cringed.  "I know.  I know.  I'm really sorry.   But I didn't leave you alone.  I knew Will and James were coming..." 

"How the hell did you know that anyway?! Never mind. You still left! Without telling me!" Lexi cried. "Do you really hate me that much?!"

Kyle:

"God, Lexi, how can you say that?  Of course I don't hate you." I said with a sigh.  

"Well it sure as hell feels like it when you up and leave me like this," Lexi sniffled, tears rolling down her cheeks.

Kyle:

"Lexi, I'm sorry, I really am.  But something came up...  Are you with Krissy?"  I asked lowering my voice."

Krissy:

I put my ear to the back of the phone when I heard him say that.

"Y-yes..." Lex sniffled, rubbing her eyes.

Kyle:

"Ill call you later then, okay? I love you, Lexi, and im sorry." i said.

"I love you too...And you better come back alive or I'll go to Hell and drag your ass back here, okay?" Lexi managed to choke out.

Kyle:

I smiled slightly at that. "Dont worry about me, babe, Ill always come back for you." Isaid then ended the call.

Lexi put the phone down and hugged her best friend, crying into her shoulder.

Krissy:

I hugged her back tigtly. "God this is a mess." I sighed.

"You're telling me..." Lexi pulled away, wiping her eyes.
