A Personal War (closed)

"Yes. I need my clothes, my supplies. My childhood memories are there. My mother would never let my father ruin or throw them away. Yes she used me for her gain but she at least knows that I would eventually return for them." I explained and got off the bed, pacing the room.

i sighed. i wasn't much a fan of this state of mind

"The only issue is that if I return, my father will have a fit of his own and something horrible would happen to me, or to you. Or both of us. That's always a possibility. Then there's explaining this to my sister, she'll have so many questions in her little head..." I pondered and placed my hands on my hips pacing faster.

i sighed. i grabbed her lightly and pulled her down onto my lap. "Just shut up for five minutes..." with that i pressed my lips to hers solidly

I didn't kiss back for a few moments, just out of complete surprise at this gesture and finally relaxed a little, kissing him back.

i relaxed a bit and pulled her closer as she finally gave in

I sighed a little, relaxing in his arms and placing my hands on his shoulders lightly

i grinned and pulled back slightly, "better?"

"What was that all about?" I asked softly.

"to clear you mind my love," i said, "you were thinking too much"

"When am I not thinking too much?" I asked him in a serious tone.

"when your mind is occupied by happy thoughts"

I was about to object- but he was right so I remained silent.

i kissed her nose

I looked at him and raised my eyebrows, giving a very tiny smile. "Let's go get dinner."

i nodded "we should dress first"

"I know that..." I laughed and pushed him over.

i laughed and laid back with a muted thwump

I grinned and shook my head. "You're- intolerable sometimes Nik..."

"what?" i asked with a coy grin "what did i do?"

"What didn't you do?" I asked laughing hard.

i grinned "I didn't have my way with you when i first saw you"

"I never though you would. You werre far too sincere." I noted and looked at him. "I bet any other soldier would have..."

"exactly..." i said, "something i haven't done"

"And I hope you never do." I said softly and looked down at my hands.
