Perfect Assassins

Seth:

I sighed and scooted back on my knees. “I'm not going to hurt you, I said that. I'm not like my brother.” I slid the keys across the floor so they thumped against her hand.

Ebony:

"Yeah, try coming back when I shouldn't be in the hospital and my vision comes back fully." I growled, only to end it in a cough.

Seth:

“This isn't my fault. I'm trying to help you, obviously you don't kneed it though. You're doing just fine on your own. Shot lung and all.” I said flatly. “Listen, you don't have to trust me, but I'm your best bet at getting out of here without any injures.” I said more softly running a hand through my hair.

Ebony:

"Look, just go away for now...please?" I begged softly hugging my knees. "Come back in five or so minutes."

Seth:

I sighed and stood up heading to the door. “This is pointless and unnecessary.” I muttered pulling it open. I didn't like to be distrusted though it happened frequently.

Ebony:

"Possibly, but it will help me trust you. And you want me to trust you right?" I asked softly resting my head on my knees.

Seth:

I still thought it was pointless but I left any way closing the door behind me. I leaned against the wall outside the door.

Ebony:

I closed and opened my eyes after a few moments. I took the water and sipping at it I watched as things in the cell slowly became clearer. I mainly wanted this time to think, and also to regain my vision.

Seth:

I waited for a while in the hall. “Seth, Honey, haven't seen you in a while.” Melisa, one of the few girls who worked with my brother, came down the hall. I smiled and nodded to her not wanting to start a conversation as it would take to long and Jeff could be back soon.

"If i didnt leave to go help krissy then this wouldnt have happened." i mutter

Ebony:

I finally struggled to my feet, sticking close to the wall because I had too. I was still chained to it after all. I felt really woozy, and like I would fall at anymoment, but I could stand.

Kyle:

“Our uncle's is safe enough.” I said already heading there. “It's kinda like it used to be, the three of us. You two worrying about me.” Krissy said from the back though the wind was whipping her voice away.

Lexi smiled at Krissy's comment, remembering when they were younger and life was slightly easier. She couldn't help but remember when they had gotten arrested. "Life was easy back then, if I'm remembering correctly."

Kyle:

"It was easier than it is now," Krissy said, "We weren't doing as much and we didn't now as many people." I frowned slightly. I didn't remember it as easy; I remembered constantly trying to keep these two safe and happy. It was hard then and it was hard now, the only difference is Lexi and Krissy are less likely to listen to me and do what I say.

"And we got to go ice skating... Hey, when you're leg is better, we need to go again, okay?" Lexi asked, twisting around in her seat to grin at Krissy.

Krissy:

I gave her an obviously fake smile. “Oh yeah totally, though I don’t think that is going to be for a very long time. And then I wouldn’t want to rebrake it again so even longer after that. You and Kyle could go without me though.” I said with a nod.

"No way. I'll wait until you're healed so we can go together, okay?" Lexi asked, turning back around.

Krissy:

“I don't like that idea.” I muttered. I was much better at ice skating that I was when I was younger (mostly thanks to Lexi) but I was still slightly dangerous to myself and others.

"I'll help you. Don't worry about it," Lexi said, smiling. As far as she knew, she hadn't skated in forever and she was really itching to get out on the ice. Winter was approaching...maybe if she got her hands on some skates, she could just use a frozen lake.

Krissy:

“I really don't like that idea. I hate cold, and when I go ice skating I fall down a lot, and when I fall down on ice I get wet, and when I get wet I get more cold. I don't see the fun in it. Take the others. I'll watch from some where warm.” I said holding my hand up in the air and waving it around for fun.
