I heard my name being mentioned as i was swimming

I sighed. "Dev... please don't say you want to be like me... I used to think about how cool it would be, too."

"dont be like you how" i ask behind them

"wait, you mean you haven't been on land for 10 years?!"

I froze when I heard Will's voice. "What are you doing here?" I asked him, not even hearing Dev's question.

"I was swimming, plus i was trying to find bot hof you. Sorry for being an Ass, i dont take my pill in the morning"

"No wonder your so pissy. Your hopped up on happy pills." I said laughing alittle.

I looked at him. "Why didn't you speak up earlier?"

ahahahaha' i roll ym eyes and looked at him "Im not social when im not on my pill i ge tpissed easily"

"That doesn't answer my question. You could have said something instead of spying on us all the way over to here."

"I jsut now noticed you."

"sure.." I muttered and layed back floating on my back.

"Were you listening to our conversation?" I asked seriously.

just the last bit of how she shouldnt want to be like you. I dont get what you ment"

"Nothing." I said quickly. "It was a private conversation."

I lookd at him then over at Will.

i cross my arms, wading int he water "bull."

"it was!" I snapped. "And you don't need to know what it was!"

i scowl a little

I rolled my eyes. "Nosy. You don't have to know everyone else's business."

"You should just tell him, he's gonna find out eventually." I said looking over at Will.

i look down and shrug "i dont see anything"
