Pride of the Ocean

"His eyes..." I repeated quietly, looking at her.

i smiled. "well, what are you doing here?"

"Swimming." I said more forcefully.

I looked up at the guys eyes and then back at Kakhi. "Oh, is he?" I asked looking between them.

I slowly nodded. "I think so..."

i threw my hands up in surrender. "ok, i was just asking."

I sighed and climbed up onto the rocks and sat down. "Well this is just peachy, so you wanna tell him?" I asked looking at Kakhi

i looked between them both. "tell me what, i just met you."

"Speaking of meeting, you never told us your name." I said folding my arms over my chest.

"my name is marcus, but whats the point of it?"

"Its called being nice.." I said alittle miffed as I stood up.

i crossed my arms. "or its called you are going to take me for ransom because my family is rich. i will tell you now, i dont love them, and they dont love me. not a penny will be paid!" i stood up, ready to run for it.

"please, I wouldn't kidnap you if you were the last man on the face of the planet." I said and started to walk toward the beach.

i sighed in relief. "i still dont trust you, and mermaid boy here."

My face paled, and I looked at him. "I'm not a mermaid!" I shouted quickly, a clear strain in my voice.

i tilted my head as i caught a glimmer of something shinny in the water. before they could react, i dove in the water and landed next to him. i rubbed my hand on something slimmy. i came back up. "sorry, thought i saw something."

I flinched and pulled away from him when he touched my tail. "You didn't." I snapped.

my eyes widened as a shock hit my head. i hopped out of the water. "look, im just going to go. stay if you want, but if your here tomorrow, i will call the cops." i started to walk away.

"F*ck off!" I shouted at him as he left.

i gripped my head as images slammed in my mind. "what ever."

I glared at him as he left, then sighed. "Great..."

i made it out of view of the cove, and fell to the ground next to the water. i tried not to scream as pain flooded my body, it hurt, but i heard a voice calming me. "who are you, why do you haunt me!" i couldn't help but to yell.

My face went pale when I heard a voice, as my head started to pound. "Get out!"

the shock was to much. "what is happening! MY HEAD!"

"Get out of my head!" I cried out, sinking into the water so people didn't hear my screams.
