Pride of the Ocean

Thea-
I frowned a bit. "That must be very lonely." i said. I tilted my head to one side a bit in thought. "Why don't you come closer?" I asked curiously. "Why so far away?"

I nodded, and swam up so I was ten feet away.

Thea-
"Do you like the water so much you just can't get out of it?" I asked. Why wouldn't he come up onto the shore? "Or are you afraid of sand or something." I asked a bit teasingly with a small laugh.

I laughed a bit. "Well, sand IS pretty annoying..." It got under my scales sometimes.

Thea-
"Yes, at times it can be." I said, agreeing with him. "But do you always stay in the water? There's sand there too you know." I said and got up and waded in the water a bit. I just had the strangest feeling he was hiding something from me.

I shrugged. "I like swimming more."

Thea-
"Do you always swim? don't you ever take breaks?" I asked him and almost slipped but kept balance.

I shrugged. "Yeah, I take breaks."

I took a few steps closer. "Is swimming the only thing you like to do?" I asked curiously. "Sorry....I ask a lot of questions. If I get on your nerves you can just tell me to shut up." I said to him.

I shook my head. "I like to talk, meet new people."

Thea-
"Is that it?" I asked. "You have pretty simple pleasures in life then." I said with a smile.

I nodded. "Yeah... how about you?"

i walked up and looked through the peep hole. nothing. i sighed and went outside and leaned on my balcony. my parents wouldn't be home until next week, and the so called "Baby sitter" would come once and leave and make me agree that she was here so she could get money. i looked down the beach and waved at kakahi who was down the shore a bit. i didnt want to bother him.

Thea-
I thought for a moment. "Yes, I guess I have simple pleasures. But it's not only swimming and talking like yours are." I said.

I nodded. "Do you swim much?"

i smiled and walked back in to my room. i laid in bed and took the necklace off, not thinking about it and my head started throbbing. "No! not again!" i rolled off, slamming thing as i moved, searching for the necklace. vaces broke, pictures fell as i violently thrashed in my room. my eyes turned a sparkly green and i let out a deathly loud scream.

I suddenly looked up. 'What's wrong?!'

i tried to take deep breaths, and my head started to calm. "Where is it!" but the pain pushed back. i laid there on my floor, motionless.

'Hey!' I shouted in my head, trying to talk to him.

i could barely hear him. "I-I cant find my scale! the pain! its to much! but this power, its amazing! Make it stop!"

Thea-
I saw the look on his face and then looked up at where he was looking. "What's wrong?" I asked worriedly.

Luna-
I woke up and suddenly saw that Thea wasn't in her bed. I sighed, a bit worried but not by much. I suddenly heard our neighbor making a lot of noise and walked out on the balconly to see what was up. When I couldn't see him I decided to head down stairs and go out to look for Thea.

i burst out on the balcony and almost fell off the edge. i could see the scale sitting there, but i could grab it. i fell just out of reach

what i miss)

'Can you get to the water?!' I asked quickly.
I hadn't even heard the girl.

Luna-
I saw the boy and it seemed like he was in trouble. I just couldn't leave him so I quickly ran up and luckly the door was unlocked. I ran in and up to where he was and knelt beside him. "hey! Can you hear me? If you can you better show you can." I said.
