Perfect Assassins

Krissy:

I considered for a moment, not entirely sure I wanted to. I had never wanted to go to doctors because I could usually treat whatever wounds I had. The times I had gone to the hospital were when I was incapable of treating myself due to injuries. This though.. I had no knowledge of. “Can’t you be there to supervise?” I asked softly.

"Of course I would be there, as your fiance. Jack would be there to watch the doctor and make sure he knows what he is doing." I said softly.

Krissy:

I hid my face in his shoulder again. “But he’s going to want to touch my belly..” I groaned.

Michael:

"Could be worse darling." I remarked softly, a touch of amusement entering my voice.

((I’m going to assume they’re on the floor, not the couch =P))

Krissy:

“Nothing even shows really.” I muttered rolling over and propping myself up on my elbows. My belly was virtually flat, maybe not as toned as it had been a month ago.. but there were more noticeable changes to my body, a little higher than my belly.

((As a note: She was about a B before, I never pictured her as very curvy.))

"Maybe not here." I said touching her stomach. "But here..." I said moving my hands up to trail over her breasts. "Here you have grown." I remarked softly before cupping her face in both of my hands.

Krissy:

I put a hand over one of his and turned my head a little to kiss his wrist. I let out a soft breath before moving lack to laying my head on his shoulder. Admittedly I was scared, and what he brought up didn’t make me feel much better. Maybe if I talked to someone who had a clue what was going to happen I would feel better.. “I’ll go once Kyle is better.” I said softly.

Michael:

I nodded. "Good." I whispered softly, tracing her back gently. "So, do you want to get something to eat or shower? I'm sure neither of us are all that clean right now." I said, even as I brought my lips to hers.

Krissy:

I kissed him back softly before sitting up and reaching for my shirt. I pulled it on. “I’m not hungry. And I took a shower early, so I wouldn’t need one now is it weren’t for someone.” I said with a soft smile as I leaned down to kiss him again.

I laughed and kissed her back deeply, rolling us over so I was pinning her down with my body. "Mmm," I said before pulling out of the kiss. "I regret nothing, and I would do it all again in a heart beat."

Krissy:

“Mmm,” I mumbled as I bit my bottom lip and let it go slowly. “But not just now.” I said softly as I tapped his lips with a finger.

"Oh?" I whispered, grabbing her hands and pinning her wrists above her head. "And if I don't want to take no for an answer?" I kissed her deeply for a moment before sitting up, letting her go.

Krissy:

I chewed on my lip, not really wanting to get up. With a sigh I sat up and gathered my other clothes, pulling them on slowly.

I couldn't help but watch her get dressed, my eyes following every motion of her body. It wasn't until she was fully dressed that I started to get dressed myself.

((Can we skip? I wasn’t to get Kyle healed, but I want to have a little interaction with Eric and Michael first =P))

Krissy:

He had gotten worse. All the blood replacement hadn’t healed him, it was too late for that. He had a fever now, and hadn’t opened his eyes once. He probably had organ damage, whether he could survive it, I didn’t know. The first night I had left my room in the middle of the night to check on Kyle, I had stayed there until morning. I had fretted over him all day, but nothing I had done worked. That night I hadn’t even bothered going to bed with Michael. I barely even spoke to anyone even when they tried to talk to me.

Eric:

Kyle had been down for two days and he was showing no improvement. I had tried twice to change the IV bag, both times Krissy had kicked me out and had done it herself. But she needed the reminder. She was slipping, the worst person to take care of him yet she wouldn’t let anyone else touch him, much less her.
I leaned against the hallway outside the sickroom. There was a bowl of untouched soggy cereal on the side table, someone must have brought it to her, Ebony probably. I doubted she had eaten in the twelve hours since then. She hadn’t left Kyle’s side all day, she just sat on the bed next to him, watching him. I saw it as pointless, if you were going to watch someone die anyway, you might as well speed it up.

Michael:

I led Jack through the house towards where Kyle was being kept. I had told him everything, and he had come immediately, his eyes the clearest I had seen them in a long time. I had yet to sleep, having been worried about Krissy, always watching her, and checking on her. I was worried both for her sake, and for Kyles.

Eric:

I looked up when I heard footstep in the hall. Michael and some guy I may have seen but never met. “What’s this?” I asked, looking the guy over.

Michael:

"An old friend. He can help." I said simply, moving to open the door to get in to check on Krissy.

Eric:

“She’s violent right now. And pissy. Not that, that is new.” I warned dully.

"Thanks for the warning." I said softly, opening the door to let Jack in first. He had a medical bag with him full of the highest grade medicine available.

Krissy:

I looked up when the door opened and gripped my knife a little tighter. I had passed out earlier and had been awoken by Eric coming in the room. I had grabbed the wrong side of my knife, leaving a nice little cut across the palm of my hand. I blinked at the person who came in for a moment before it registered in my mind. “Jack.” I breathed frowning as he came closer, eyeing the bag he had.

Eric:

“I don’t envy you.” I said to Michael before he went into the room. Now was as good a time as any to warn him.

Michael:

"Yeah, I don't either. Thanks for the heads up." I told him, looking inside and watching as Jack moved up to Krissy.

Jack:

"Hey there girl. Before you flip out and go paranoid on me, I have stuff that might help." I said offering the bag out to her. "These are top of the line medicines, with clear instructions on how to give them, and clear words on what they do." I knelt down before still offering the bag out, my other hand, touching the floor in a passive gesture.

Krissy:

I took the bag and looked through it. “I have some of this, and I’ve used it.” I said dully.

Eric:

I watched him for a moment. This seemed fitting. I had hated him for keeping Krissy so wound up in him. Now he was going to watch her waste away from the same stubbornness that had kept her with him. “She’s not going to live through this, you know that don’t you?” I asked, watching him carefully.
