Personality: Felicia is a quiet person, preferring action over words. She has a driven curiosity, pushing her to do acts that might seem abnormal or strange. Tact or decorum escape her, much to the amusement, or embarrassment of those close to her. She is both fearless and very afraid at the same time. What makes the difference is how much her curiosity is acting up, as well as if she is going to be forced into something she doesn't want. Felicia is also a little bit of a kleptomaniac. Anything else you need to know about her, is just think of a cat.

Name: Daniel (Danny) Benjamin Heights
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Race: Wizard (But he prefers to be called a magician owing to the fact that he thinks the word ‘wizard’ makes him seem old.)
Personality: Danny is outrageously outgoing and often quite flirtatious. He gives his honest opinion whether it is good or bad, but he tries not to offend. Cuddling is his favorite thing and he doesn’t care who he does it with as long as they are warm and soft. Trust is an issue with him because it has lead him to trouble in the past, it is an issue because he is so trusting of all people and leads with his heart and not his mind, making it very easy to use or hurt him. Despite having had his heart broken many times (by family, friends, and lovers) he loves passionately.

Other: He never knew his real father and his mother remarried when he was very young. While his parents were not abusive or cruel, they were not very involved in his life. They had tried to have more kids but ultimately were unable so they adopted another child. Their daughter was the focus of their adoration and clearly the favorite child. Danny didn’t mind though, because he loved his new sister more than he did his parents. They died in a car crash shortly after Danny turned 18 leaving him to care for his sister and manage the family business as well as the mansion they lived in.

Felicia:

I turned my head, trying to catch sight of whom ever Danny was talking too.  But there was too many people moving, and so many sounds that it was very easy for me to become distracted.  Moving objects could capture my attention very easily.  To try and keep myself distracted I played with my skirt a little bit, swishing it to and fro as we walked.  I never understood the reason skirts existed.  They just got in the way...and people looked at you funny if you moved them the wrong way...  And so in my frustration over the skirt, I gave a small huff and swatter at it a few times.  I then walked as if nothing was the matter or wrong, my attention already caught on something else.

Danny:

I walked her right to her classroom door. “Alright sweat pea, take notes and pay attention. Don’t get distracted okay?” I told her, putting both my hands on her shoulders. “And try to talk to the people around you, make friends, it wouldn’t hurt. Besides,” I gave her a crooked smile. “Most of the people here don’t bite.”

Felicia:

I gave a small whine, as I stepped into class, moving to sit in one of the available seats. And so began my first day of college. When Lunch rolled around, I tried to make my way towards where my brother had said to meet him before my last class. I felt hopelessly lost, but I wasn't going to ask for directions.

Danny:

A small group of minor friends surrounded me in the hall just outside of class, talking up a storm. Each one took it in turn to tell me about their summer stories while the others commented. It took me ten minutes just to get through the hall way.

Felicia:

I scuffed my foot against the ground before sitting down on the bench near by, fiddling with my hands and fingers. I tried to look around and spot my brother, feeling nervous about not having him around like this. I had never been this long without being able to see him, it made me unhappy and a bit afraid. He was my constant and the anchor in my life. I could always count on him to be there for me, and yet...where on earth was he!?!?!?

Danny:

Once I was out of the halls it was easier to brush everyone off telling them I’d see them later. I made my way quickly to where my sister would be waiting for me. “Sorry kitty.” I said softly and I bent to kiss her forehead. “Got held up by friends. Shall we go find ourselves some lunch?” I offered my hand to help her up.

Felicia:

I tackled him in a hug, mumbling something along the lines of, "I thought you were never ever coming back and I was going to be alone forever, and I don't even know how to get home from here."

Danny:

“I would never leave you, you know that. Even if I am late.” I towed her along to the cafeteria with my arm wrapped around her.

I kept my face partially hidden into his side, perfectly content now that he was back within sight and hugging distance. Through my half exposed face I watched and observed the people in the cafeteria, noting who was looking our way when we entered.

Danny:

I ordered food for us at the counter without taking her opinion. I knew what was good here and what she would like. “I usually sit with a few friends, do you want to meet them?” I asked her while we waited.

Felicia:

I nodded slowly, my eyes narrowing a bit. I wondered if these were the people that he invited over after sending me off to my play house. They would come for a while and always leave before he came to get me. And so I was very suspicious about meeting his friends.

Danny:

After taking the tray with our food from the counter, I lead her to a round table in the corner. Three girls were all sharing a text book reading intently one writing notes on cards as another read out lines. Another boy and girl were on the opposite side sharing earbuds and an ipod. The pair looked up when we took a seat. “Ah, is this her then? Pretty isn’t she?” She girl said smiling brightly to my sister. She had a pinkish-purple streak in her dark brown hair, which she tossed over one shoulder before extending a hand to Felicia. “Hi, I’m Krista, and this is Jin.” The boy with jet black hair waved with a friendly smile.

Felicia:

I sat down slowly at the direction of Danny, I waited for him to sit down next to me, my eyes never leaving Krista's face. They were still narrowed from suspicion and all of a sudden I sat up a bit, leaned forward, grabbed her face in both of my hands and started manipulating it and squeezing it a bit.

I sat back down in a bit of surprise before looking at Danny with my eyes wide. "Your friends are real, I thought you were just telling me that to make me behave while you had alone time in the bathroom or at your computer."

Danny:

I blinked at her in stunned silence. Jin, meanwhile, cracked up laughing drawing the three girl’s attention. Krista recovered her composure. “Real as can be baby.” She said with a lopsided smile obviously unsure how to act now. While Jin continued to laugh hysterically, I introduced the other girls as, Alana, Avery, and Tris.

Felicia:

I continued to stare at Danny in surprise, before shaking it off and looking at the people, the names of which had already escaped me. I threw my brother a side long glance and said softly, "That wasn't a no either..." With those words spoken I turned my attention back to the people, just watching them without saying anything.

Danny:

I put my elbows on the table and my head in them. Jin scooted next to me nudging me in the side. “Spend a long time in the bathroom alone, eh Danny?” He said in a highly amused voice. I restrained from pinching my little sister under the table.

Felicia:

I picked absently at the food on the table, my gaze focusing on that, as no one was grabbing my attention. I was taking and nibbling at food, regardless of who it belong too. My cat ears twitched violently from where they were hidden in my hair by special clips designed to keep them pinned close to my head. It wouldn't be noticeable unless the person was actively studying me.

Danny:

I grabbed her hand and guided it back to her own tray as it started to stray towards Alana’s food tray. Krista watched her curiously, Jin lost interest after a few minutes of ignoring him and went back to listening to his music.

Felicia:

My hands strayed sometimes, though never enough that I stole food, though I did "borrow" a pencil the girls had set aside. I spun it around my fingers absently while I nibbled at the meal.

Danny:

I allowed her to play with the pencil while I ate my own food. “How was your first class then, kitty?” I asked.

"Boring, the teacher spent too long trying to tell us what we needed in materials." I said with a small shrug. "I tuned out the rest of the class after that."

Danny:

“Felicia,” I chastised. “You can’t zone out. Even if the class is boring, you need to pay attention.”

Felicia:

"But...she spent five minutes talking about materials...." I grumbled unhappily, ducking my head a little. I blinked up at him innocently, doing my best to look as cute as possible.

Danny:

I tugged her braid. “Don’t do that.” I said trying to resist her look. “At least do you know what materials you’ll need?”

"Ye...no....maybe...." I said ducking my head and looking around evasively.
