Beyond the Castle, part one. (Two person.)

Ario:

"I'm still curious as to what you are going to do." I said moving back to walk next to her.

Araline:

“Hopefully you won't have to find out, you wouldn't like it.” I said though I was bluffing, I had no idea what I would do to him, if any thing.

Ario:

"Heh, well we'll see now wont we." I said grinning mischievously at her.

Araline:

I rolled my eyes and shook my head. I set my bag down on the floor once we reached the cave and stretched. “You two get a fire started, I'll be back in an hour or so.” Brian said leaving his bag behind but taking his bow. “He's going to go get some one to help him kill us, I bet you.” I said quietly.

Ario:

I gave Araline a reassuring hug. "How many times have I told you, I won't let anything happen to you. And I can't let anything happen to me."

Araline:

I smiled. “I know, I trust you.” I said with a small sigh.

Ario:

I still had my arms around her and I smiled softly. "I'm glad, now care to help me prepare a fire and dinner?"

Araline:

I tilted my head to the side and chewed on my lip. “Oh of course. There is nothing I would love to do more that gather a bunch of wood to start a fire.” I said sarcastically.

Ario:

I chuckled softly. "I'll gather wood, if you begin to gather what we need for dinner." I offered.

Araline:

My face fell a little. “I'll help you gather wood actually.” I said after a minute.

Ario:

I chuckled softly and tightened my hug for a moment before releasing her. I tilted my head for a moment thinking then went over to my pack. I dug through it and pulled out a knife with its own sheath. I went over to Araline and offered it to her. "Here, you might feel safer if you have something to defend yourself with."

Araline:

My eyes lit up mischievously. “I have a knife Ario.” I told him, a smile curling at the corner of my lips.

Ario:

I raised an eyebrow. "You do? Where?" I asked tilting my head.

Araline:

I laughed a little. “I'm not telling.” I said walking past him and grabbing his wrist. “Come on, lets get wood before it starts raining."

Ario:

I let her pull me along with a sigh. "You like testing my curiosity. If you were anyone else I would search you to find out..." I muttered.

Araline:

“If you were any one else, I'd slap you for saying that.” I answered back automatically.

Ario:

"I'm not sure if I should take that as an invitation to do so or not." I joked leaning my head away from her in case she did decide to slap me.

Araline:

“Yeah? Try me, it's a definite sure way to get slapped.” I said raising my eyebrows at him.

Ario

I held up my hands in defense as I smiled innocently. "I was partially kidding. I'm sure Tyler wouldn't have been though."

Araline:

“Good thing you aren't Tyler then.” I replied quickly. “Look, wood. Start gathering.” I said gesturing around us.

Ario:

"Of course." I said bowing to her before beginning to gather wood. I watched her out of the corner of my eye the entire time I was working.

Araline:

I smirked as I wandered about piking up lighter sticks. I flinched when a droplet of water spattered on the tip on my nose. More followed shortly, coming down in curtains.

Ario:

I felt the rain and going over to araline I grabbed her hand and started to pull her back to the cave.

Araline:

I dropped the sticks I had been gathering, there hadn't been that many any way. In minutes the rain was pouring down hard enough that I could barely see ten feet around us. I held onto Ario's hand relying on him to lead us back to the cave.

Ario:

I laced my fingers through hers so that I would have a better hold on her. I didn't want to lose her in this storm.
