A Personal War (closed)

I smiled and giggled a bit and looked at him. "You're just like I remember you."

"really? how is that?"

"The hair, the eyes, the humor." I smiled. "The only thing that's really changed is that your face aged, and you're taller- much taller."

i smiled "well you changed alot"

"Oh I did? And how so?" I askedc curious.

"you've gotten taller, your hair is longer, your face is so much more beautiful, and..." I looked at her "you've really bloosomed into a woman"

I bit my lip and blushed, looking down. "I did keep my hair short back then didn't I?" I said avoiding saying something about my face.

i smiled "yea you did"

I chuckled and blushed a bit again.

i smiled and pushed a stray strand out of her face

I smiled and blushed again, looking down at my feet.

"dont be embarassed... it's pretty but it doesn't seem to fit with your personality"

"You're the first to say that. Then again, you're the first to see this side of me." I smiled and looked up again.

i smiled "I saw this side of you a long time ago"

I chuckled. "That side was buried after you left."

"really? why? how?"

"It's simple. You left."

"how does that cause you to change?"

"I didn't have you anymore. I lost my best friend, and I relied on my mother- and she changed me. She used that loss and molded me into what she wated me to be, not what I wanted to be." I frowned a little.

i hugged her "I'm sorry"

I let him hold me and I took a deep breath, holding it all in.
