I sighed and calmed down. "Im sorry, i just care about her. Its one of the reasons i chose you Kai." I said looking at him. "You would be good for her."

Kai:

I blinked. “You chose me?” I asked just as the door busted open and my sister appeared at my side holding a contraption of some sort. “What took you so long? I thought you were supposed to be fast.” Jemma snapped. “That thing is heavy! It was hard to fly with.”

Kiara

"Yes, to be kats first and hopefully only love." I said before relinquishing control back to kat.

Kat

Icslumped forward my green eyes showing my complete exhaustion as i rested against Kai.

Jemma:

“What do I do?” Sara asked fiddling with the thing. I took her place and managed to get it working. “You’re going to have to let go of her, it might shock you.” I told Kai.

Kat

I groaned softly, focusing on kais scent and feel as i drifted incand out of conciousness.

Kai:

I sighed and pulled away from her giving Jemma enough room to do whatever necessary.

Jemma:

I hooked the thing up to her then flipped it on.

Kat

I let out a gasp, then a shudder before sighing tiredly. I opened my eyes and looked at kai my hand movng and beushing against his leg. It felt like i was all staticy but beyond that nothing happened when i touced him.

Kai:

I reached and wrapped both of my hands around hers.  "I'm here." I said softly.  "I'm not leaving."

Kat

I moved closer and hugged onto himcmutely. I felt tingly all over and it was not just from the electricty going through me.

Kai:

I blinked but hugged her back firmly. My gaze flickered to Jemma who didn’t entirely look pleased about it.

Kat

I just held onto him, taking comfort from being in his arms. I opened my eyes and looked up at his face, my eyes showing my emotions and feelings.

Kai:

I stared back at her, my dull green-gray eyes reflecting the confusion I felt.

"What are you confused about?" My eyes and my face asked as i searched his face.

Kai:

I blinked and shook my head slightly. “Well? Do you feel better?” Jemma demanded bluntly.

I blinked and looked away blushing a bit. I stayed in kais arms as i nodded mutely.

Kai:

I stood up and helped her to her feet. “I’m making dinner, what is everybody hungry for?” Jem asked dully heading to the kitchen.

I looked back at Kai now that we were alonecinvthe room. I wasnt sure what to do or feel right now. I felt trapped and overwhelmed.

Jemma:

I frowned as I looked in the fridge. I didn’t like what was going on with Kat and Kai. Sure I liked her just fine, she was sweet, but Adam had been sweet once too. My hand tightened on the handle at the thought. I sighed. “Hey, Kat? Can you come in here a moment? I need to ask you something.” I called out partly just to separate the two for now.

Kat:

I reluctantly let go of Kai, looking at him apprehensively before going into the kitchen, carrying the machine in my arms as a shield of sorts between me and JEmma.

Jemma:

I sighed again when I saw her. “As you can see I wasn’t able to get Michael to come back with me.” I said dryly. I hated the way that sounded, like I’d failed, which I guessed I had.

Kat:

I blinked then shrugged. "Well, at least you saved his life right? He owes you now, and we pay back our debts." I said absently.

Jemma:

“Oh yeah?” I said flatly. “Well I did have him coming back with me, but we had to stop because- well anyway he decided to leave. And he told me to give you a code..” I said trying to remember it. It leapt out in my mind and relayed it back to her.

Kat:

I blinked as she said the code before my eyes snapped open and a pulse of energy went out from me.

Jemma:

I watched her. “You better be about to tell me everything.” I said warningly. I didn’t like being in the dark with things.

Kat:

I shuddered and opened my eyes. "That was the release code...Michael just told me to....to wake up the others to go kill him..." I said my voice quiet.
