hm weird me....hell yes (open)

Jemma:

My breath caught just from hearing him say it. The way he said my name.. I laughed softly and smiled happily.

I smiled back before leaning down and pressing my lips to hers.

((I’m going to skip a little since I have been ignoring them for a little while =P))

Kai:

After we had finished our food I noticed the café got really quiet. Even the staff was out of sight. I felt like something was going to go wrong. I could sense them before I knew they were there. A bone chilling cackle of laughter broke the silence. I cringed. “Don’t talk. Be ready to shift forms if I tell you.” I whispered to Kat quickly before seemingly relaxing into my seat even though every muscle was tense. “What’s the little cub doing away from mama bear?” A very feminine voice said from behind the screened in counter area. A tall girl with short choppy brown hair stepped out into the open. Her eyes were a bright feverish brown. Another girl, who was shorter and curvier but had the same hair and eyes, followed her. “Tasha, Shira. It’s been a while.” I said calmly. The bell at the front door jingled and two more girls came in. All had the same crazed eyes and brown hair but the last girl to come in had it twice as long as the others. “She isn’t here? What’s this young thing?” The smallest girl said, she must have been a head shorter than Kat or Sara, and they were small. I cursed under my breath.

Kat:

My tail flicked as I hugged myself, keeping my hands hidden looking at them uncertainly, my ears flicking and laying back to show my fear.

Kai:

Meika, the smallet or the four grinned at Kat. Like she was prey. “Here kitty, kitty.” She taunted. “Hush. What do you want?” I snapped at her, my eyes narrowing. “Ohhh. He’s bossy when he’s not over shadowed. I think that is the most he has ever said to us.” Shira said, a wicked smile on her lips. “He’s growing up. Not a quiet little boy anymore.” Nallie pouted tossing her long hair over her shoulder. “Question is, does he fight like it?” Mieka asked just before her tiny form lunged at me. I snatched up the knife from my napkin and sunk it into her abdomen with a low disgusted sound. She staggered back. Shira laughed and Nallie looked disappointed. Meika gripped the knife and pulled it out slowly before giggling hysterically. “Whadya know.” She said as she licked her own blood off her hands. I fought the instinct to snap my wings out and find a way to get out of this place. But exposing wings was dangerous with these girls. “Where is she? I doubt you’ve fled the nest quite yet.” Tasha, the clear leader, asked ignoring the other girls.

Kat:

I hunched my shoulders, my energy gathering in my body, before moving to my hands. My eyes stayed open but were fading to a purple color. They started to glow as I continued to gather energy.

Kai:

I shrugged looking at Tasha. “Depends.” I said. “Do you think she has wings as well? I bet she does. I’d love to break them… Crunch them…” Shira said as she paced behind Tasha. “I’d prefer his..” Nallie said and smiled sweetly. “Who cares who gets who. Let’s stir this up already..” Meika whined sinking down into a crouch.

Kat:

The glow started to spread across my skin, and around me. A halo also came into being above me.

Kai:

Shira continued to pace her eyes locked on Kat. It was about to get out of control.. “I at least get part of him.” Nallie whined softly. I glanced at Kat about to tell her to change then noticed the light I had been to distracted to see. “Kat.” I said reaching out to grab her arm just as Meika shot across the room tackling Kat and knocking her chair over. I was similarly attacked only I had time to get to my feet before Shira was on me clamping her razor teeth on my arm. “No!” Nallie circled up then latched on to me while I tried to fend off Shira. Nallie grabbed a fist full of my hair yanking my head back and licking my neck all the way up to my ear.

Meika scrambled over Kat, her needle tipped claws slicing her to ribbons. Despite her size, she was incredibly strong. She forced Kat to her stomach and tried to claw out her wings from her back.

Kat:

I screamed and suddenly a calm went over me right before I felt a pulse leave me slamming anyone near me with a brick wall of energy. My wings snapped out, as the glow seemed to infuse me and the halo became more permanent looking. my hands grew claws made out of energy, even as a whirlwind surrounded me ripping energy out of the air.

Kai:

I had bleeding bite marks all over me from Shira and Nallie. She both paused and squinted at the bright light Kat was admitting. The distraction was just enough time for me to focus on freezing them and breaking out of their grasp. “Kat!” I shouted at her to come with me.

Tasha watched the chaos before calling to her girls. The light girl frankly creeped her out. And the one she wanted wasn’t even here. “Shira, Nallie, Meika! Let’s go!”

Kat:

I nodded once and ran after him, the light never dimming, as it continued to infuse me. This was the first time to my knowledge that this had happened to me. And even as I started to calm down I wasn't sure how to get rid of it. I was completely uninjured I noticed though.

Kai:

I snapped my wings out and flew to the top of the tallest building in the area. “What was that?” I demanded landing and turning to face her, squinting a little at the light.

Kat:

I more over floated up to land a bit away from him than actually flying. The glow dimmed as I clasped my hands behind me. I shifted from foot to foot, unsure how to explain. My eyes stayed their violet shade, and I still had a slight glow to me as well as the halo.

Kai:

I looked her over then let out a frustrated noise. I didn’t like it when I didn’t understand something, and seeing the pack of girls had put me in a foul mood. “Let’s go home.” I said coldly taking off from the roof into the frigid windy night.

Kat:

My ears went flat as I stretched out my wings and flew after him, feeling miserable. I kept up, but stayed well behind him, the glow slowly dimming with the halo until it was gone completely. My halo dimmed with the light and once it was gone so was the halo.

Kai:
I flew back to the house without speaking to Kat. My multiple bite marks hurt but I wasn’t about to ask her to heal them. I didn’t even want her to. I landed on the front porch and pushed through the door. “Jemma!” I called, it was close to three in the morning, but I didn’t care.

Jemma:

I broke the kiss and pushed Michael off me when I heard Kai call for me. “Jemma!” He shouted again. I scrambled off the bed and pulled a robe on then was out of the door without a second glance at Michael. “What’s wrong?” I asked coming into the livingroom. I surveyed the state of him, bloody gashes and torn clothes. “Kai what on Earth happened to you?” I went over to him. He looked furious.

26:

I sat up blinking sleepily. My brothers voice having woken me up from a dead sleep. “What’s going on?” I mumbled sliding off the bed and to my feet.

Kat:

I watched him go in and I took off his jacket laying it on the porch. I didn't land and instead shot up into the sky, moving high enough to be out of easy sight. The air was thin here but I didn't care. I formed a bubble around me so I wouldn't have to expend energy on flying and laid down in it so I could look up at my unobstructed view of the sky and moon. I looked at my hands and above my head. Noticing now that when I used my powers I gained a faint glow and a halo. I sighed and hugged myself, feeling the cold finally.

I open my eyes and yawn, "whats alll the yelling about?"
