School of Thought

Nathanial:

OI glanced at my sister again. She was smirking. And her friend, the gay one, He seemed greatly pleased by something.

I sat back and gave a stretch, abandoning my food before looking at Nathanial again, "Want to watch a movie?" I asked with a bright smile.

Nathanial:

“Um.” I said and felt an elbow in my side from my sister. “Yeah, sure.” I muttered.

I smiled happily and got out of my chair. I skipped over to Danny and told him what I was going to do before going over to the door to wait for Nathanial.

Danny:

I watched her go with a happy smile. She was finally interacting with someone her own age that wasn’t family. The boy did seem a little awkward, but it was a start at least. It would be good for her to have friends of her own.

Felicia:

I led him too the playroom. I pushed open the door and stepped inside turning around so I could see his reaction to my favorite place.

Nathanial:

I followed her silently. My lips parted slightly when we got to the play room. “Wow.” I said softly, looking all around.

I giggled happily at his reaction. I grabbed his hand and started to pull him towards a route to my favorite place to watch movies.

Nathanial:

I had to duck a few times, being a few inches taller than her.

I started to lead him up till we were about half way up the room in the middle. I pointed to a hammock, "Lay there, I will grab a remote." I smiled at him before letting go of his hand and scampering off to retrieve a remote.

Nathanial:

I sat down awkwardly in the hammock. What had I gotten into?

Once I found a remote I climbed down to Nathanial and offered it out to him. "Pick a movie." I said pointing to the screen above the hammock.

Nathanial:

“Uh, okay.” I flicked through the options quickly before choosing a Disney movie.

I was kind of perched on the edge of the hammock, feeling nervous all of a sudden.

Nathanial:

I glanced at her feeling like my choice may have been a bit too childish. “Do you not like this one?” I asked gesturing to The Fox and the Hound.

I shook my head, "I love this movie, its just..." I clucked my tongue before pushing him down so he was laying down before laying down next to him. The hammock wasn't big enough for the both of us to lay down next to each other, so I snuggled against him and put my head on his chest so I could watch the movie. "I hope this is okay." I said not even looking at him.

Nathanial:

I didn’t say anything, I didn’t even think I was capable of speech at this point. I just tried to focus on the move, moving as little as possible though I still had to breathe.

I pressed one of my kitty ears to his chest, listening in to his heartbeat. I relaxed against him, snuggling closer as I moved one hand up to rest on his chest with my head.

Nathanial:

I couldn’t focus on the movie, I was too aware of her body against mine to notice anything else.

I giggled quietly at the movie. I frowned as I noted that I could infact be more comfortable. I wiggled my way under his arm, just so that it would be around me and I could be closer to his chest and the lovely sound of his heart. More comfortable and warm now I focused on the movie.

Nathanial:

I focused on the playground above us, just trying to breathe normally.

"You have a nice hearbeat. I like its sound." I said softly during a slow part of the movie.

Nathanial:

I blinked and looked down at the top of her head. “Oh.” I said awkwardly.

I snuggled closer, "Danny would like to cuddle with you, your warm and comfy." I yawned and set my chin on his chest so I could look up at his face.

I made an involuntary face at that statement at the thought of cuddling with her brother. It was just strange.
