I giggled and grinned at his face. "Oh, so you don't like guys then? What do you like?"

Nathanial:

“Ahuu,” I looked at the ceiling. “Books mostly.” I said, not looking at her.

I blinked then tilted my head, "Ahuu? I like books too, but I need music to listen too while I read."

“I can’t listen to music while reading. Music reminds me that I’m in the real world. I prefer to bury myself in the fictional world, as long as I can.” I said, talking faster than I usually did.

A strand of hair fell into my face and I blew at it to try and get it out of my face. "Hm...escaping the world sounds wonderful...but I'm not good at it." I admitted sadly.

Nathanial:

I glanced at her briefly. “What do you mean?” I asked.

I chewed on my lip before huffing softly in a sigh. Movie forgotten I started to explain to him about my nightmares and day freak outs. I also shyly told him that the reason I thought he hadn't been real was because I had one of the freak outs. All the while I was talking I had snuggled closer and was drawing on his chest with my fingers.

Nathanial:

“Maybe that just means you have a better imagination than everyone else. Maybe you could even start using them to your advantage. Escape the world for a little while.” I suggested. It was becoming a little easier to be around her even though she was doing really distracting things.

I pursed my lips thinking about it, "Maybe that is true....I just wish it didn't scare me everytime...I sleep with headphones on so that I can actually rest."

Nathanial:

“I never sleep much.” I admitted

"Me too, but...Danny makes me." I admitted unhappily. I watched his face, my ears twitching a little.

Nathanial:

“That’s not a bad thing. He seems to really care about you.” I said

"We are are the only people we have left. My parents adopted me into the family. They loved me and spoiled me but they passed away and Danny took up their place in the company, and taking care of me." I said with a shy smile. "I love Danny, I just wish I could do something to make him happy. That is why I thought of cuddling with you. He likes warm and soft things to cuddle with. And your warm and comfy and you make me happy. So you might make him happy." I beamed at him, "But if you don't like guys then its not a good idea."

Nathanial:

I shook my head. “No, it’s not a good idea.”

"Hm, what is it that might be a good idea? do you know?" I asked smiling up at him. "What do you want to do right now?"

Nathanial:

“Uh,” I looked over to see that the movie was over. I hadn’t realized we had been here this long. “Maybe we should go and check and see what everyone else is doing? I might need to go home soon.

I pouted and slid an arm under him so I could hug him. "Nu...your warm...I don't want to go." I said looking into his eyes while trying to look as adorable as possible.

Nathanial:

I avoided looking at her. “Well then what were you wanting to do..?” I asked, looking over her head.

I paused and laid my head on his chest as I considered. "I don't know...maybe we should go see what the others are doing come on!" I scrambled off and over him to slide down a pole to the ground. Once on the ground I stumbled and fell onto my hands and knees before getting back up.

Nathanial:

I blinked then followed her in the same fashion, only I kept my balance.

Once he was down and I was on my feet I took his hand, leading him through the house as I worked on locating Danny.

Nathanial:

It was so quiet and bit in this house, I had never seen anything like it. “Wouldn’t they be in the dining room?” I asked.

I considered before nodding and leading him into the dining room, my hand still in his.

Nathanial:

It was empty when we got there, and we had passed through the living room on the way there.

I frowned looking about uncertainly. "Where did they go?" I wondered outloud. I stopped walking, chewing on my lower lip.
