Sara:

I laughed softly. “You’re just so sweet, and soft, and pretty.” I explained.

I shook my head at the last one. "I'm not that pretty, or at least nothing I can compare myself too."

Sara:

“You are pretty. Like sunshine.” I smiled at her.

I blushed and just shrugged. I didn't really know how to respond to that. I wasn't as warm or bright as sunshine, but it was flattering to be compared to it.

Jemma:

“Morning, Kat. How are you doing?” I asked when the girls walked in.

Kat:

"I'm good, and Sara is going to take me out shopping later so I dont overheat at night next to Kai." I said smiling at her.

Jemma:

“Oh.” I said blinking in surprise. “Well then.” I turned around to get the cinnamon rolls out.

Kat:

I smelled the cinnamon rolls and my eyes widened. I rushed over to Jemma and looked at them happily.

Jemma:

I smiled at her, but it was tight. “Where is Kai?” I asked setting them on the table. “In the shower, I think.” Sara answered. “… And Michael?” I asked casually but after hesitating slightly.

Kat:

I sent out a pulse before pointing outside. "On the porch." I said softly, noticing her tight smile and taking a step back in uncertainty.

Jemma:

“Why don’t you tell him breakfast is ready.” I said taking my cup of coffee from the top of the fridge and setting it on the table in front of my chair.

Kat:

I nodded and went out to get him. Coming back in with Michael following I sat at an empty chair, while michael went and sat next to Jemma.

Jemma:

“Good morning.” I said looking sideways at Michael.

Kai:

I got dressed and walked into the kitchen with my hair still wet, sitting between Kat and my sister.

Michael:

I gave her a tired smile as I spoke. "Morning."

Jemma:

I wanted to apologize about last night but not in front of the kids. I had spent half the night thinking about it, and him. I sighed and looked over at Kai. “Good morning Kai.” I said watching him. He ignored me. “Good morning.” I said louder and he muttered it back without looking up at me. My expression turned sour.

Kat:

I shifted at the tention in the room that felt thick enough you could cut it with a knife. I didn't know what was going on, or what to do. I wanted to help, but I thought it might be better if I just did nothing.

Sara:

I kicked Kai under the table. He shouldn’t be acting like this, I’d told him as much last night. “Kat, What do you say to going shopping after this?” I asked leaning forward to look at her around Kai.

KAt:

I smiled at Sara in relief and nodded. "Alright, sounds good."

Sara:

I finished eating and put my plate into the sink before twisting my hair into a knot and pining it up. “You two be carful, okay?” Jemma said frowning. “Right. Hurry Kat.”

Kat:

I looked at my cinnamon roll sadly, not wanting to rush eating it. I loved them, and I hadn't been able to have one since I was little. I let out a soft breath and ate it quickly before getting to my feet and following Sara.

Sara:

I dashed outside and into the air then hovered waiting for Kat to catch up.

Kat:

I quickly hopped up into the air after her.

Sara:

I lead her to a series of department stores and landed in the back of a building incase anyone was watching.

Kat:

I landed next to her, and quickly hid my wings, tail and ears. Once that was done I followed Sara.

Sara:

I took hold of her wrist and lead her through the store until we found the clothes that would fit us.  We were both about the same size.
