I knew that there was more but decided against prying, "So you have any plans for today?"

I tilted my head, "I would like to, but I don't think you'll let me until you know for sure my stitches are alright. Am I wrong?" I laughed.

I smiled, "No your spot on"

I pushed my empty plate away from me, "Whever your ready then. What do you have planned for today, anyways?"

"Nothing much, thought I might show you round town, get some clothes that fit..."

I looked down at the shirt I wore, "Does this not cover enough?" I plucked at the fabric.

I sighed and stood signalling her to follow as I led her to the guest room.

I took my plate and cleared it from the table, giving a wave goodbye to Vicky as I followed Alex into the guest room.

I sat down on the bed and indicated for her to sit next to me.

I nodded, going an sitting where he indicated.
"Vicky seems to be very nice." I interjected, a little bit nervous to view the stitches myself.

",hmmm?" I asked distracted as I lifted up her top and removed her bandages to see the stitches.

"...How do they look?" I asked after a moment, trying to look.

"They've held and the wound has healed drastically." I said, frowning.

I smiled, "Isn't that a good thing?"

"Well yes but I thought you were now human with human regeneration?"

"I look human. Just because I look it doesn't mean I am." I should be healing at a normal rate, but feeding last night really boosted everything. But how could I tell that to Alex?

I nodded slowly, "Hows the pain?"

I shrugged "I honestly don't feel it at all anymore."

I smiled and unwrapped the bandages, "Good. They still need time but judging by your healing factor it won't be long."

"Does that mean we get to go out?" I couldn't help my excited smile as I sat up straighter.

"Yes it means we can go out." I said as I dressed the stitches in a clean bandage before standing, "Ask Vicky for clothes and meet me outside when your done."

I nodded excitedly before quickly going and finding Vicky. After a few moment in her closet, she handed me a pair of pants she called 'skinny jeans' and a thin grey tanktop. After pulling me a pair of flip flops, she left so I could change. I quickly pulled the skinny jeans on, then the shirt over my head, being careful of the stitches.
Vicky caught my arm right before I walked out the door and then asked me about my hair. I gently tugged on a few close strands, "Does this not look okay?"
She laughed, and taking me to the bathroom, ran some gels through it before taking out what she called a blowdryer.
Then, she said she wanted to put makeup on me. I stayed still as she finished the lining around my eyes and the dark liquid on my eyelashes. When she finally showed me a mirror, though, I myself couldn't help but stare. I myself knew of my own beauty, but with the way she had done my hair and the makeup, even I was impressed with the results.
"Thank you, Vicky!" I hurried outside.

I turned when I heard the door open and felt.my heart skip a beat, "Wow..." I breathed.

I stopped in front of him, smiling widely, "So where are we going first?"

"Ah... The mall for clothes." I stuttered.
