Ocean eyes, salty kiss ((2 person!))

"Still means your a wonderful person." I pushed away from him, suddenly ducking under the water as I voices approached. I couldn't risk being seen, so I dove into the deeper water, my toes touching the silt at the bottom of the lake as I waited for it to be okay to surface again.

I sighed and looked to the shore, a hound couple walking by to the nearby forest. 10 minutes past before I swam out to give Salt the all clear.

Seeing him, i swam upwards, right below him. I quietly surfaced, right behind him. I gently wrapped my arms over his shoulers, leaning into his back, "All clear?" I whispered into his ear.

I smiled and spun round to face her before wrapping my arms around her waist, "All clear."

"That's good." I moved forward and kissed him again, pushing the both of us under the water for a moment.

i kissed her back, closing my eyes as we submerged

I made sure not to stay under too long, since I was keenly aware of the fact he couldn't breath underwater. Though I was no longe kissing him a we surfaced, I kept my forehead leaning on his. "I wish you could be underwater as I am. You have shown me many beautiful things on land; I wish I could do the same for you."

I smiled sadly, "I can't unfortunately, well unless I have scuba gear"

I smiled, "Scuba gear? What is that?"

Equipment that allowing humans to breath under water."

"Tell me how that works." I said quietly as I wrapped my arms around his waist, my head on his chest.

"It is a tank filled with air attached to a hose with a nozzle to go in your mouth to allow you user to breath."

"It sounds complicated."'I laughed.

"Easy enough but expensive."

"I'm sure there must be an easier and lighter way to swim underwater. Although; maybe that is why the fish people have remained hidden for so long; humans cannot easily reach the cities."

"well we have developed ways to see the deeps to the ocean floor but not to live there."

"The only way to enter the cities are through crevices only big enough for one person at a time, two if they squeeze. None of the man-made underwater devices would fit. Plus, the cities arent even close to the depth that most submarines are at; we usually live around reefs or kelp beds. Nothing too deep."

"Oh we have robots that small but we just don't use them to explore."

"We are not hard to find; humans just don't know where to look."

I smiled, "i suppose." i said and kissed her softly, "But how about we change to a more interesting topic?"

I smiled as he kissed me, then i leaned back, raising an eyebrow, "It sounds like you already know what you want to talk about."

i shifted slightly, "Well yes, i was kind of wondering.... i wanted to know... ahh how'd you get those scars?" i asked, having noted them on her body

I looked down, gently running my fingers along the light pink scars crisscrossing my body. I did not answer for a moment before I responded with a ninja any shrug, "Shark attack." it was at least half the truth.
