I hesitated before answer, "Those were from Rocas."

I felt my boil run cold and boil at once, "Why? What did you do?" I asked, hiding my anger.

I sighed, "I would not submit to him. So I was punished."

I growled, feeling my blood boil, "I'll kill him." I said through clenched teeth.

I gently placed a hand on his cheek, making him look at me, "It is fine. Rocas is a bad person, even by inhuman standards. Don't lower yourself to that level." my voice was serious.

I looked at her, my eyes cold, "If he tries to take you I will rip his pancreas out of his restricts before making him choke on it." I said seriously

Okay, he might be completely threatening and already planning murder, but the way his face was dominated by the serious question, and the tilt of his voice... gosh, it was attractive. As I shook my head, clearing such thoughts, I then gave him a quick peck to the cheek, "Well, he won't be taking me anytime soon."

"We'll see, I think I have to prepare the house."

"Don't you think Vicky would get suspicious if your preparations?"

"Nope, I can think of a good excuse."

I laughed, "Such as?"

"Well I'm going to use chemicals that absorb moisture from the air at home, my excuse is to help stop damp."

I laughed, "Vicky comes across very smart. I think she will still be suspicious."

"Not on this, we've had a damn problem in the past, i'll just do the usual."

I nodded, "Well, if you think that will work, then I trust you." I smiled.

i smiled, "Good...Now i believe we have company." i said standing, up to my knees in water as a humanoid approached.

"Who is it?" I asked softly, looking down at the water.

I looked at the way the figure walked and reached for my towel, "Not human." I said quietly and began to dry myself off.

I quickly stood in the water, glad for the overall darkness. Knowing I would soon dry, I did not even dry off as I slid my shorts and shirt in again. Feeling urgent, I grabbed his hand, "C'mon, let's go..."

"No" i said and held my towel as the creature approached, "i won't run from this fight."
