Sphinx:

I nodded, agreeing. "Yes ma'am. See you back at home in a while."

Velaric:

I rolled my eyes and slid into the car. “Now to the park it is.” I said as I backed up.

Vivian:

I focused on him again my head tilting. "So why do you want to help me?" I asked curious.

Velaric:

“Honestly?” I asked her with an eyebrow raised. I turned out of the parking lot, heading to the park at twice the speed limit.

Vivian:

I nodded confused. Why would he lie? It was best to always be honest with people.

Velaric:

“Well, because I’m bored mainly. I have nothing else to do but stalk my friend. Plus you’re cute.” I said with a shrug.

"What is cute?" I asked looking up at him.

Velaric:

I sighed softly under my breath. It was like dealing with a three year old. “You are, the way you look, and act.” I told her.

"Oh. Is cute bad?" I asked giving a slight tilt of my head.

Velaric:

I chuckled softly. “No, cute is good. Like a kitten or bunny. Cute.”

I perked up and the corners of my lips turned up. "I like kittens."

Velaric:

I laughed and rolled to a stop in the park parking lot. “Go get your stuff, I’ll wait here.”

I nodded and tried to leave my seat but the seatbelt prevented me from going anywhere. I looked down at it and tried again.

Velaric:

I smirked and leaned over her to take it off. “You’re a handful aren’t you.” I commented softly.

"The head monk told me that a lot." I said a smile fully crossing my lips before I got out of the car.

Velaric:

“Beautiful.” I muttered. I watched her leave the car, fiddling with the radio dial absently.

I moved over to the tree I had hidden my backpack inside. I started to climb onto to have my foot grabbed and yanked out from under me.

Velaric:

I glanced down the radio to check the channel that was playing one of my favorite song. When I looked back up I had trouble spotting the girl, I had just seen her..

The fight didn't last long, and it ended with me judo tossing the last of the werewolves onto the sidewalk where he curled up groaning. I brushed myself off before going over to Velaric's car and sitting inside. "Stuipid wolfs..." I muttered under my breath as I hugged my backpack to my chest.

Velaric:

I raised an eyebrow before inhaling the sent she carried with her. “Ah, yes, stupid indeed.” I said while wrinkling my nose.

Vivian:

I nodded and looked at the contraption that was the seatbelt.

Velaric:

I took her back to the hotel and left the car to valet parking. The bell hop nodded to me and he opened the door for us. I guided her toward the glass elevators and pressed the button for the top floor.

I gave a small start when the elevator shot up before relaxing. "It's like flying." I remarked in awe as I turned my gaze out the window.

Velaric:

I chuckled softly and put my hand on her lower back leading her into the hallway once we reached the floor. I pulled the room key from my pocked, unlocking the door and opening it for her.

I pulled my hood off as I stepped into the hotel room, my eyes wide as I surveyed the room.
